Very nice place

The location was great. The place was nice and modern.

This place it is not a hotel and I thought it was . I was expecting a hotel, a place where we could get up and have a breakfast or leave our luggages while walking around the city. The internet didnot work at all. Does not have a coffee machine.

The room is located in an office building and as such felt sterile. Spacious room enough to allow for piece of furniture to sit. No place to sit other than the bed. Another suggestion ..something in the shower to hold soap and shampoo.

Welcoming, great location and facilities

The property was in an excellent location, on the lake front with the ferry ticket office about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean with lovely sleek decor (the bathroom was lovely and huge with a stunning walk in shower)! Federica was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. We were met on arrival and Federica showed us around the apartment and told us about local bars, restaurants and companies that are good to use (with discount codes). Thank you so much for the most amazing stay!

I cannot fault the property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family's Best Choice at Lake Como!

This facility lies in front of Lake Como! in the heart of everything you wish to see, visit or experience! It is a great place for a family that wishes to visit lake Como. nearby restaurants, shopping areas, tourist attraction, public and private ferries and speedboats, and above all: the lake is some meters away from the suites door! Federica is wonderful person: she spared no efforts to make our stay amazing and memorable! She is very professional, approachable, always with positive attitude and polite!

It is in the ground floor. I thought it is in the upper floor but it is in the ground floor so we don’t enjoy the view of the lake .

Haven in Como

Location was perfect for restaurants, shops and ferry’s. Security was perfect, felt safe. Staff exceptional- met us on arrival, answered questions, gave recommendations and Very responsive when we had an issue

Beautiful Lake Como!

Lovely enormous room, very quiet location, but handy to the lake, ferry and plenty of great food options.

Coffee/tea supplies were not replenished daily, but were supplied when items were requested.

Good location, but needs to improve.

1. The location was perfect, I really liked the room being near the lake and the train station. 2. The room is kinda new, so everything feels modern. 3. Big TV in front of the bed.

A lot of facilities are missing. No soup in the shower, we used only shampoo, No shampoo holder in the bathroom, it was annoying to band over every time that you needed to reach the shampoo, no refrigerator in the room, and other stuff that was missing.. The checkout time is 10 AM, which is the earliest I have seen, and nobody told us that. It was written in little letters on the flyer that nobody reads.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, soggiorno per una notte sola. Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi.

Camera moderna e molto curata. Bagno grande e comodo. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e dallo stadio. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili. Buono sconto per una colazione al vicinissimo Bar Luce.

Poco segnalato. stanza poco luminosa perché al piano terra.

Como deve crescere come servizi al turismo ma ha buone potenzialità

La zona molto centrale e comoda per spostarsi senza auto

La mancanza di un parcheggio e qualche particolare nella stanza che avrebbe reso più piacevole il soggiorno

Meraviglioso!

La stanza è stupenda, curata in ogni dettaglio, nuova e spaziosa! Federica ci ha accolti ed è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Consigliatissimo anche per la posizioni, di fronte a lago e a due passi da Piazza Volta.

Non c’e un posto per lasciare i bagagli..ma ci sono diversi locker vicini

الموقع مميز قدامك البحيرة وكل شي حولك السنتر المطاعم الكفيات كارفور الشقة نظام امني دخول بالمفتاح مع الباب الخارجي ويوجد موظف ولكن ينتهى دوامه بدري واما باب الشقة بالرقم كود تحطه يفتح معك وكل شقة اذا دخلت لها كود صاحبة الشقة لديها 3 غرف بمدخل واحد انصح اللي عنده عائله ياخذ الثلاث مع بعض حتى تكون خاصة كلها لك بمدخل واحد النظافة فقط تستلمها نظيفه بعدها مافيه احد ينظف لك المواقف قريب مرة وسعرها حلو صاحبة الشقة محترمه وتتجاوب معك باي شي في وقته اشكرها على حسن التعامل الشقة بالدور الارضي ولايوجد احد يخدمك بنقل الشنط ولكن ميزتها تحت

عدم وجود خدمة نظافة الغرف المدخل ما كان واضح او فيه صور له بس اللوكيشن يوقفك عنده جاي وسط العمارة المواقف اللي عنده مقفله خاصة

Gute Lage, trostloser Ausblick und keine Chance zu parken

Zimmer sehr sauber und mit dem notwendigsten eingerichtet. Wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte, wenigstens sein Fahrzeug in der Nähe zu parken, wäre die Unterkunft ein Tip für Durchreisende. Für einen „Urlaub“ käme es für uns allerdings nicht in Frage.

Das Zimmer liegt zwar in Front des Sees, dennoch mit dem ebenerdigen Blick auf einen trostlosen Hinterhof. Alles auszuhalten, da man dort sicher nicht bucht um einen mehrtägigen Urlaub zu machen. Was aber eine absolute Katastrophe ist, ist die Parksituation. Eigene Parkplätze Fehlanzeige, umliegend in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus sein Auto abzustellen Fehlanzeige, da Como einfach ein mit Touristen komplett überfüllter Ort ist.

Przerósł nasze oczekiwania, świetna lokalizacja, nowocześnie i czysto. Warto dołożyć do takiego noclegu, polecam!

Nocleg przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Świetna lokalizacja, pokój nowoczesny, czysty, duży. Łazienka również większa, czysta (prysznic, toaleta, bidet). W pokoju za łóżkiem znajdowała się również mini garderoba. Dostęp do czajnika, herbaty. Pani odpowiedzialna za przekazanie nam kluczy i objaśnienie wszystkiego bardzo miła i uprzejma. Na drobny minus słabsze WiFi, ale przecież nie jedziemy do Como, żeby siedzieć z nosem w komputerze czy telefonie. Cena może nie jest niska ale zdecydowanie warto, polecam!

Spitzen-Lage zwischen Seepromenade und Altstadt, sehr ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen.

Parken in der Umgebung der Unterkunft ist nur in Tiefgaragen möglich, die sehr teuer sind. Die nächstgelegene Garage kostete 45,- Euro für 24 Stunden.
