Comfortable beds in a perfect location.. easy walk from train.

The location was so perfect! Right in the middle of everything. The staff was so kind and very helpful. The room was the top floor and very cozy. The bed was big for me and my husband and the kids lived their XL twin beds next to each adjacent to us. It was nice to have a wardrobe to hang stuff and a desk with coffee and tea options. The room was warm (it was rainy and December so we appreciated the warm room)

The lift only goes to the floor below our room so lugging rolling luggage up the last flight of stairs was not fun, but we are fit and could do it. Wouldn’t be good for anyone who had health issues. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was made to order amazing, pastries were great. Good yogurt. No hot options like eggs Or meats, and no fruit options either.

A perfect stay in a beautiful town full of wonderful discoveries.

The hotel was a little gem. A warm welcome from very friendly and efficient staff, comfortable room and right in the heart of Como from which to explore the town and lake. Very much hoping to be back there in the near-ish future.

There was nothing we didn't like. This was close to a perfect stay, with the exception of the weather (which the hotel had no control over)...

Lovely stay

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The welcome at reception by a very friendly lady included a short introduction to the room, which I really appreciated. In the evening I had an excellent dinner with a nice pizza, served by extremely friendly and attentive waiters. I slept very well. The room is centrally located with a view of the square, which was a real plus. Breakfast was uncomplicated and, by Italian standards, surprisingly good.

I honestly cannot find anything negative to mention. Everything was simply right.

A very cozy boutique hotel in the center of the historic town. the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. great restaurant

although it was very clear to us, just keep un mind that the parking is within 7 minute walk.

Wonderful stay in Como in a lovely friendly family run small hotel so conveniently located.

Superb large room overlooking the square- such a quaint friendly family fun hotel. Breakfast was lovely with home made pastries and delicious coffee. We enjoyed our visit so much that we extended it a night.

Maybe include a small fridge in the room to keep water and milk cool. Tea and coffee provided but no milk available unfortunately .

Mattress could be a tiny bit longer, my partner is 1,83 and his feet were surpassing the edge of the bed. Otherwise everything was GREAT!!

This is a very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel to stay in

The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and have air conditioning . The desk folks were friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient as far as walking around the city and to the sights you’d like to see. It is in the pedestrian zone, so if you’re arriving by car, you must find parking in one of the 3 large parking garages on the perimeter of the pedestrian zone. When we visited, 2 of the garages were full, and you need GPS to find an alternative garage. Parking in Como is stressful . This is not the hotel’s fault of course. It’s just something to be prepared for if you want to visit Como.

A beautiful hotel in one of the world’s most beautiful cities, Magical!

This is a stylish and small boutique hotel with comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms all to a high standard. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. All the staff were polite, friendly and so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The owners Sara and Andrea , Paola and Palo gave great suggestions for our itinerary and were on hand in reception , we stayed three nights and our room tended to daily and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is perfect! 4 mins to the Cathedral, 4 minutes to the lake , ferry stops, ten mins to the main train which was so easy from Milan airport, and minutes to amazing views!!! Set in a small piazza it is tranquil yet a few steps to the livelier main squares! Breakfast was plentiful and we ate two evenings out of three nights in the hotel’s restaurant, the food was fabulous and reasonably priced as were the wines and beers! We loved staying here, thank you to all the team!
