True value for money hotel

We booked a Double Room with lake view and balcony. The extra charge was well worth it. Even the bathroom had a lake view! A small standard hotel right on the lake. It was super clean and recently updated. It was value for money. The breakfast was superb. Not buffet style continental but more than enough food and you can ask for more if you wish.

Nothing, there was nothing about this hotel that I didn’t like.

Lovely clean hotel close to all amenities, lake, funicular, trains, buses, ferries, short walk to city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No elevator/lift and small room but we were only staying one night and were travelling light so that was not an issue for us.

Location was perfect, staff super nice a girl called Kiara was super nice and helpful, literally everyone was nice the waiters etc so sweet and honestly super helpful. The apartment was very secluded but nice. We only stayed one night but the shower was ok, bidet could use a little fixing to the floor but everything was clean and bed was comfy. The staff really looks after the guests and the place. You also get a discount at a restaurant int a cute lake view it’s super sweet

Excellent experience in a busy little city!

Excellent service from the start. There is no elevator and we showed up with 3 heavy bags! The staff member carried all 3 to the top floor for us and delivered to our room. The room was small, but the view was extraordinary! We also had a little patio to sit on and enjoy the street below and the south end of Lake Como. We had access to bars and restaurants within short waking distances. Breakfast was included and did not disappoint! Cappuccinos included! When we checked out, the staff watched over our bags while we explored the city while we waited for our ferry later in the day!

I would stay again.

The location and the Funicular Ristorante staff were exceptional. Our room, which was in an annex to the hotel was big and clean and had air conditioning. Being off the main drag, it was also very quiet.

If we wanted a room with a view our room in the annex was not a good choice, however the room was a very very good value with great air conditioning. If you have breakfast included you will be very happy with the quality and quantity of the food.

Staff was great, very helpful always ready to help. Resturant has great variety and a nominal price ( expect higher touristy prices) Location is great if you like away from main city center. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

They need to upgrade on facilities went during heatwave and a wasn't working. Though they provided fan but that's what we paid for. Staff kept on saying they are fixing it but never was fixed during our stay. Refused to change our room saying other room are full or have higher occupancy one. They need to invest on blackout curtains. Room became bright early in morning good for early riser but not for us who wanted to sleep bit longer. Breakfast was on poor side. All cold items better stay without bfast and there are many cafe near to have better hot bfast. Room was small haldly any space to walk

Location is perfect, great for the boats on the lake, the town centre, the train station, restaurants and the Funicolare. staff very friendly, food excellent. Lovely hotel, I would recommend eating on the terrace (you may need to book for the evening).

A very nice view with a room and friendly staff

The location was very nice. The bed was very good. Room 10 with lake view out of your bed, so nice. Very friendly staff.

The room and bathroom were small. Parking is not possible and expensive. We paid 3,20 euro per hour in Parking Jasca (10-15 minutes walk to the hotel. We arrived at 8pm and left around noon next day --> € 51,20

The location is excellent and the staff were very lovely, especially the lady at the reception. The restaurant was very good and the food was great.

the location is perfect on the lake, close to the station and the ferry ports. clean and staff friendly. the restaurant food was delicious

no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. the room was quite small as well. also ask for lake view as the Mountain View isn’t really great.

Lovely staff, really comfy bed, but a little rundown.

Staff were very friendly, and welcoming. Cannot fault them.

Walls between rooms seemed to be very thin, as we heard conversations (late at night) from the next room. The hotel needs some TLC to update it. Some of the electric sockets didn't work. Hotel wifi asked you to click a link, which then went to an error page, so you got 3mins at a time.
