Everything was great! Check-in was quick and easy, the host was friendly and responsive, and the place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Highly recommended — would definitely stay again!

Amazing host and the best place. The room was spacious, super clean, and so close to the city center. But what made our experience even better was the warm welcome of the host, Federica. She reserved us a parking spot and was helpful with everything we asked. She even brought fresh bread and pastry in the morning, and our kids loved it. Can not recommend this place enough if you're looking for somewhere to say and explore Como.

We had a lovely stay at Downtown rooms for one night in winter in between ski resorts. Family of four including two teenage boys. The hosts were excellent and the breakfast was lovely.
