A wonderful stay in Como. The hotel has a charming and welcoming atmosphere, the room was very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the lake, with everything within easy reach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily return.
Nothing — we really enjoyed our stay.

Location can't be beat, breakfast and bar are lovely, we were welcomed with enthusiasm by Suzy! Complimentary in-room tea, coffee and (small) minibar were very nice.
A bit of odor in the corridor and the bedside lamps didn't work properly. The staff said they were aware and are addressing the issues.

Extremely comfortable beds, and the AC was quite welcomed given the heat. Great off-site and secure location for parking.
While a central location, the hotel is close to a very busy roundabout. Getting there by a vehicle for initial check-in was challenging.

Nice room with a view and complimentary drinks in the fridge. Nice big roomwith lake view. Stunning view. . Location next to station so convenient and all the shops and boats. Breakfast was ok. Only continental breakfast.
No iron in rooms and would have preferred hot breakfast.
