Good option for good money

Great location, closer to Carnobbio rather than Como, but it's 30-40 mins walk by the lakeside and if you are fond of trawelling by foot - you will really enjoy it. Clean and modern facilities, grocery shops nearby. Clear instructions for the check in. Lovely place overall

Soundproof could be better, as the doors do not save you from hearing every person entering the corridor. Also in my room (#2) I've heard the washing machine working in the middle of the night. But the hosts have considerably left the earplugs ;) Me personally made breakfast at stay, so I've missed a normal knife and a cutting board, would be good to have them.

The owner made it so we never want to return!

The owner of the apartment is not pleasant at all! Not polite and shouted at us because of a misunderstanding in the reservation regarding an elevator. So you know that there is no elevator for anyone with limitations. He will not refund your money or help! He simply canceled our accommodation on the spot while we were in the room itself, claiming that we did not arrive.

Short stay in Como

Proximity to Como and the lake, big supermarket and free parking available, the kindness of the co-host.

The bar downstairs was very loud during the first night of our stay and we decided to cancel the second night because we were travelling with our 1-year old son. The co-host was extremely attentive and kind to offer a reimbursement of the second night and informed us that measures will be taken in the coming year to solve the issue about noise from the bar.

His friendly attitude and excellent English communication made everything smooth and easy. No matter what you need — whether it’s an iron, a kettle, or anything else — Erbert will always find a way to get it for you. Because of his professionalism and kindness, we’ll be more than happy to come back again and again. The accommodation is in great hands with such a manager!

Nice new apartments. Great location. Great parking. There's a big and good supermarket nearby. Polite staff!

There's a bar downstairs with very loud music. It's fine for us, but many will have trouble sleeping with that kind of noise. The shower leaks onto the floor, and you have to clean up after each shower. It was inconvenient, but the benefits outweigh these minor issues.

Apartman je bio odličan, uredan i vrlo udoban. Zadovoljni smo svime. Lokacija je bila Izvrsna. Besplatni parking je bio odmah preko ceste, vidjeli smo auto s prozora. Drago nam je da smo odabrali ovaj smještaj, udaljen samo nešto više od 4 km od Coma. Prvo smo tražili smještaj u samom Comu, ali smo jako zadovoljni da smo boravili ovdje jer smo šetajući upoznali Cernobbio, preslatko malo mjesto na obali jezera.

Sve je bilo u redu.

Il monolocale molto carino, in realtà andavamo solo per dormire. Il parcheggio, indispensabile per chi viaggia in machina, si trova di fronte al edificio ed e gratuito. L'host disponibile, risponde tempestivamente alle domande, ci ha accolti con una botiglia di spumante in frigorifero e voucher per la colazione. La posizione e meravigliosa con vista lago.

Consiglierei uno paraspifferi porta, entravano odori molto sgradevoli durante la sera.

Le propreté, la proximité du parking.

Tout y était mais le lit plus trop confortable au bout de trois jours!! Par contre je n'avais pas compris pourquoi il y avait des boules quies sur notre table de nuit??Je l'ai appris à mes dépends le soir même car juste en dessous un bar branché qui attire beaucoup de monde et donc du bruit et de la musique forte jusque tard dans la nuit!!!

Agréable séjour près de Côme dans un studio sympathique

Studio moderne et bien décoré. Situé tout près du débarcadère de Tavernola (pratique pour prendre le bateau jusqu'à Côme). Centre commercial juste à côté.

Très bel appartement, confortable, à proximité de toutes commodités mais sans ascenseur.

Appartement entièrement rénové, agréablement aménagé, à proximité immédiate de l'embarcadère et d'un grand parking public.

Etage élevé sans ascenseur ; on ne peut nier qu'il y ait la vue sur le lac mais elle est extrêmement réduite et il faut se pencher sur la fenêtre pour en bénéficier ; en fait, la vue principale est sur le parking.

Angenehm und sommerlich.

Sehr sauber und gemütlich, zudem die Nähe zu einem großen Supermarkt, einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und die Nähe zu der Haltestelle der Fähre nach Como.

Am Anfang haben wir nicht verstanden, wie die Klimaanlage ausgeht, deswegen war es etwas kalt in der ersten Nacht. Aber das war eigentlich unsere Schuld, da es ziemlich selbsterklärend ist.
