Breath Taking View

The view from balcony is magnificent The room is spacious and clean while the bed is comfortable The staff are so kind, helpful and generous For sure will come back again if visiting Como.

The access is somehow difficult but for me as I know to drive in the European mountains it was not bad. If you are arriving with Taxi would be better if you don’t know how to drive in the mountains.

Lovely stay, great base for exploring Lake Como

We were happy with our choice of accommodation in the Lake Como area. The B&B is a good base for all places we wanted to see - Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna and Como itself. The location is great, the view from the terrace and even the bathroom was unbeatable. A short few minutes drive by car brings you to the historic center of Como and the waterfront, we had no issues finding parking. Room size was sufficient for 3 adults and the terrace a bonus for relaxing after a long day of exploring lake Como. We loved having breakfast made for us, could ask for different style of eggs each day, ham and cheese and sweet Italian breakfast, fruits. Staff is super friendly and communication regarding check-in per WhatsApp very efficient. Overall a great stay!

Gave a lower rating due to the ant issue-otherwise it was a nice place, good food, clean rooms, and good staff.

The view is beautiful. Nice location away from the hectic city. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Staff was pleasant and helpful and even ordered pizza in for us when we arrived late and we did not want you to go back to town. Rooms we nice and clean.

Ants! A LOT of ants in our room when we awoke. Rather disgusting. Had to go through our belongings to make sure they were not in it.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

From a logistics perspective, a stay here is better accommodating if you have a car. Taxis were difficult to get to and from town center. We lucked into a waiter at our restaurant who offered to shuttle us to the train station.

The view from the bar was not too bad.

This hostel is greatly overrated. Staff aren't very friendly. Room service didn’t clean the room. Just ordered the slippers next to each other, no change of towels, no bin clearing, and hardly any tidying up for the room the view from the rooms in floor minus one is very poor compared to the pictures. They cancelled my booking on Booking.com and claimed that I "Checked in late," and they claimed that they provided this as an extra service, and I should be thankful. The room was full of mosquitos, and we also saw 2 lizards playing around in the room. Very unpleasant experience, overrated hotel, and not good value for money.

Modern and clean, very nice employees, great breakfast with the view (with choices for ppl who don't eat pork), view from the room, and room itself was great!

You need to order a taxi to get there and to go anywhere from the hotel... the road wasn't safe to walk on, we tried to find a way to the bus station during daytime and failed, after walking along the cars (no pedestrians paths), we were picked up and helped by locals in the car and they were so nice to us to drop off at the lake como waterfront... one-time taxi driver charged us $9.70 for driving from the train station and the other times it was $17-18 both for driving from hotel to train station and from a restaurant in the city center to the hotel. But we still enjoyed the view - it's worth it!

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Our room was clean and beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. Generally, everything was perfect and we will definitely come back!

To be very picky, the mattress could've been more comfortable, and I personally preferred proper coffee/cappuccino to machine-made ones.

Relaxing and fun experience

The design/look and feel of the building was really nice and the view from the room out to the lake was amazing. Also the best staff in a hotel I have ever met. 10/10 you must stay here if going to Lake Como.

Fab location with mountains and lake view.. obviously you need a car to move around Como :) friendly staff and simple breakfast.. simple life that creates joy on holidays. Cheers from Ireland!

Amazing location

Amazing location and view from room - can't think any better when waking up than direct view to lake Como ;-). Breakfast was according to our taste - fresh berries, option to get plate with scrambled eggs with some cheese and local ham. Team was very helpful with recommendations what to do, where to eat etc. Wifi wasorking as expected ( speed & connectivity). Good parking places in front of hotel

perhaps room-to-room noise cancelation could be better. You need a car to move to / from Como downtown
