Great central location to St Pauli, Hamburg city centre, Wharf - all walking distance but close to transport and tour buses. Great size room, with own bathroom was a bonus. Breakfast was sooo good! Was very happy with this at the price - of course made the most of that. The vending machines with alchohol! That was genius as well as the cocktail fridge. Was good for the end or beginning of the night stroll to Reeperbahn. Right next the St Michaels, shops and second hand shops. Staff were the friendliest - really good advice on tours too.

Aircon wasn’t working so well but that was about it.

The location was close to city center, you can walk to the main attractions and also, the place of boat tour was close. The breakfast was very good. The room was good.

I used the sofa in the one-bedroom apartment as we were three. The sofa is foldable for sleeping place but was very rough and noisy.

Nice place to stay

Perfect place for discovering of the inner city of Hamburg. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cleanliness. Rich breakfast and hospitality. Limited parking area

Great hotel and its location. The room is very clean. Good bathroom amenities. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and attractions.

You can hear ringing from the church, but it doesn't disturb sleep.

The reception staff were very helpful, parking was secure, beds and whole room was comfortable, had everything we needed. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see and the Dom which Our kids enjoyed.

Surprisingly friendly and welcoming!

Staff was super friendly and the hotel offers free coffee/ tea/ sparkling water 24 hrs/ day. Nice reception area to relax, read.

Car park was ... interesting. Some advance guidance on its peculiarities would have been useful. Couldn't make the air conditioning do anything. Wasn't too hot so not an issue, but could have been.

Perfect location. The apartment was clean (except for a dirty towel). The bed was comfortable but the sofa-bed was only average.

A home away from home.

No surprises and you live in your own appartment all with kitchen, workspace and bathroom.

Last time I was there was in 2020 and now five years later you see that it was not built really high quality. You see these five years, but it is also no drama. It still is very good and I would book it again.

Very comfortable and relaxed.

The room was a good size, the beds including the sofa bed were really comfortable and the partition between the bed section of the room and sofa bed section gave my sister and I some privacy. The kitchenette area was really useful too. Special mention for Elli at reception who made us very welcome and went out of his way to be helpful. Free coffee and tea in reception for guests was a lovely addition.

Modern, clean and spacious apartments, with very helpful staff. Great location, walking distance from both city centre and the Reeperbahn. Had everything we needed!

Location, breakfast and free coffee was great. Also the room was comfortable. It was close to the city center and Elbphilarmonie as well.

Because of its location, a little bit noisy while sleeping. But it is not a problem when you are in a deep sleep.

24/7 free coffee machine, free drinking water. Room was spotless and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all utensils for cooking, big fridge with the freezer, dishwasher (tablets were provided), separate toilet and bathroom.

The breakfast room was too small and too crowded in my opinion. We had to wait to a free table too.

The hotel is in a great location. Good value for the money too. Wasn't especially impressed with the breakfast provided, but it was adequate. Parking is a little tricky too as it is on-street and based on availability.
