The lobby was very spacious. The outside was nice and picturesque. Very near the tram, lots of places to walk to within the area. Rooms were clean, staff were easy to communicate with. Spent most of our time sightseeing so this hotel was great as it was comfortable to travel to and from and had a good room.

Very wonderful experiences at Hamburg Marriott. Specifically Ms Lucy who works at a restaurant for Breakfasts and she was so amazing staff, so generous and kind person to taking care every guest she handles. I stayed with my wife and a daughter and we give her 100% bench marks. And front desk officer Ms Valaria and others who always have a smile faces also so helpful. Hotel should encourage to recruit such wonderful staff to shine its image. Once again, thank you for you all. We wish we will visit your esteemed property in future again. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit großem WC aber leider hatte die Dusche nur einen schwachen Wassderdruck, und das bereits in der ersten Etage. Das Bett war gemütlich aber die Matratze etwas zu weich. Ein wesentlicher Grund für die Buchung war das Vorhandensein eines Schreibtisches an dem man gut arbeiten konnte. Angenehm war auch die hohe Anzahl an Steckdosen. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr groß, die angebotenen Säfte waren uns zu süß. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell, die Zimmerreinigung wurde in Zweierbesetzung sehr gut und schnell durchgeführt. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher und empfehlen das Marriott am Gänsemarkt auch gerne weiter.

ive been to berlin marriott in jan 2024 and hamburg marriott is totally different, only breakfast and piano bar is the good things beside the location, staff and manager never help to make u happy, i asked to give a card to my friend while im out and they refused while in berlin marriott they show hospitality
