Very close to city center, rathaus and hamburg central train station.
There is no drinkable tap water.

Great location, just 10 min from the train station and 20 from the main christmas market.
36€ by taxi fixed price to the airport.
Breakfast was good, -18€ per adult and 9.5€ for kid

The location is very good, close to Haupbahnhof and City Hall, main catherdral and the river bank, restaurant streets and cafes
There is no bar, no restaurant in the hotel and even if the weather is bad or you don’t feel well and want to stay at the hotel you won’t be able to eat anything. There is only a vending machine there which is absolutely uncomfortable and of no use if you are hungry.
The room was tiny.
On the other hand the staff was helpful and friendly.
