I deliberately picked somewhere close to train station and for that it was a perfect location. It is however a short walk into the central areas but close to the art gallery. The facilities in the room were very good. It was very spacious. Communal kitchen good. Responded well to me getting in touch on the day about entry to the flat and talked me through on the phone - all very fast

I found the fact that the private bathroom was in a separate locked location down the hall a bit of a pain. However, it would not stop me booking again as the other elements of the property were very good.

Das Zimmer 2 ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Bett ist bequem und das Badezimmer ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die anderen Gäste waren sehr rücksichtsvoll und ruhig. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, daher auch keine Aussagen dazu möglich. Check-in per Code den man zuvor zugesendet bekommt. Lage fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof.

The location suited us well and the room was quiet and sizeable

This room did not meet my expectations- I felt misled by the description- I chose it for private bathroom and washing machine and tea making facilities in a mini kitchen - all of which I expected to be in what I thought was an apartment given the title Aparthotel Alster suite. However - the private bathroom was down the hall with the creakiest floorboards and accessed with a key, the tea making was in a shared kitchen downstairs and the washer dryer was also downstairs and in constant use for towels and not guests. We had to source our own toilet paper as there was not enough and no one to contact, and while I didn’t expect it there were no bathrobes or slippers as stated in the blurb. In the end I did use the washing machine and the kitchen and enjoyed our stay (except for fretting over toilet paper) but I feel the blurb could be much clearer
