    Location is superb and rooms can be very well insulated from noise. It’s on a relatively safe street with a side street full of restaurants just 50m away. Pet friendly, very kind in providing a dog bed and bowl. Air conditioning works well makes it comfortable for everyone. Bathroom is very clean and beds are very comfortable.

    We stopped by in Hamburg on the way to Denmark for the weekend. It was a short but nice stay in Reichshof. Location is quite good, just opposite the Hamburg Central Station. Staffs were very helpful while checking in.

    Die Lage des Hotels direkt neben dem Haupteingang des Hauptbahnhofes ist genial. Das Hotel ist zwar ein Altbai, doch die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind renoviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist genial und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Preis stimmt.

    The Hotel charged me again 20€ when you had assured that my reservation was with breakfast included. Hotelsaid that is Agoda company fault. So refund my 20€ inmediately. Thanks
