    Overall, our stay was acceptable, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations or the price we paid. We booked a family room expecting a spacious room suitable for a family. However, it was essentially the same size as a standard room for one or two people, with the only difference being that the sofa was unfolded into a bed for the children. Once the sofa bed was open, there was barely any space left to walk around the room. Another disappointment was the view. The windows were covered, so there was no view of the city at all, which was not what we expected based on the room description when we booked. The parking was also very expensive, and there was no meaningful discount for hotel guests. In addition, both the arrival day and the departure day were charged as full parking days, even though we only used a few hours on those days. The guest parking rate was almost the same as the public rate, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was not bad, and the staff were polite. However, it simply did not provide good value for the money, and the room did not match the expectations created by its description.

    very good location. Several asian restaurant options in the parallel street behind the hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good options for breakfast. Highly recommended.

    The toilet has stains. The space for a family type room to accommodate 3 persons is small. Paid additional S$400 plus for a third person in the room for 3 nights is not worthwhile.
