for me as a muslim. there are four mosques near to the mercedes hotels, all halal food are there too.. the main station is few steps from the hotel

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. The surrounding area is very busy and noisy, both during the day and at night. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this hotel is probably not the best choice. Check-in takes place in a separate building next door, which was inconvenient. I was also surprised to be charged a city tax of over €3 at check-in, as I had never been required to pay this during previous visits to Hamburg. The hotel itself is clearly in need of renovation. The carpets in the stairwell are heavily worn, and you have to carry your luggage up to the first floor before you can even access the elevator. Although the room was clean, the furniture and facilities were old and worn. The bathroom had moldy grout, which is simply unacceptable. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan. During the summer, the room becomes extremely hot, but opening the windows is not a real solution because the street noise makes it very difficult to sleep. The only positive aspects of my stay were the friendly and helpful staff, the daily housekeeping, and the fresh towels provided every day. Overall, I expected much better for the price and would not choose this hotel again.
