    Every things were excellent except check in I had a probleme with my ID nummber first wasnt working , and with agoda booking I didnt receive QR code for check in , then one of the cleaning staff helped me wonderfully. And i thank him for his efforts, without his help , it would have taken me more than half hour to check in .

    Arrived and found a closed door that could be opened by a number code that i never received. Luckily another hotel guest opened the door so i could slip in and tried to self-check-in on a machine with an non working touch screen and a scanner that was able to read my passport after the sixth try … not to talk about the strange people that passed the „Lobby“ while I was trying to check-in … The room was o. k. - bed was comfortable but shared bathroom and very noisy outside.

    It works. No staff. A vending machine to check in and give you the key. Clean rooms. No coffee machine. Basics. Great location.

    ★☆☆☆☆ WORST HOTEL CHECK-IN EVER.. Absolutely terrible. Their self check-in machine was not working for almost half hour, and it took a total of 2 hours just to check in. Bad experience for who want to rest They force everyone to come at 3 PM, creating a crowd in a tight, hot alley with no ventilation, no chairs, no AC, and zero staff on-site. It felt unsafe and chaotic. Calling their support is ridiculous—useless instructions, no real help. Just stress and confusion.☹️ This is not a hotel—it’s a disaster. the room was ok and bathroom was clean to be fair..but the bad check-in experience make it hard to enjoy the stay.☹️
