Everything location, clean simple access and friendly staff
The parking spaces are a bit narrow
Air conditioner only on the sitting area not the rooms but it was not a big deal as the weather was very good during our stay

The property has an optimal location which is easily accessible by car. From the front door it is only a short walk to the Rathaus, so you will quickly be on your way around the city. If coming by train it is literally a 5 minute walk from the Hamburg Hbf. Very friendly staff who were absolutely fluent in English which was helpful. We got a parking spot under the property which of course made unpacking even easier.
Our room faced a low roof of a different builing, looking onto the back of other buildings. Not ideal but definitely also not a major issue. The blinds and curtains are very effective.

The reception staff were outstanding. We were greeted in a professional and helpful manner. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was perfect for our four day stay. Walking distance to shops, supermarkets and all the tourist sites. The apartment was clean with everything you needed for a great stay.

The location and the facilities nearby and the cleanliness of the room when I checked in
Instruction for self check was very very little difficult but I got immediate help on their phone line .
