The hotel was clean and has std room. The breakfast was good. The location was also good , it was next to metro station and was easy to reach.
We couldn’t establish healty communication with the hotel unless we messaged to hotel days before. We messaged to hotel but they replied after we reached the hotel. The breakfast was too crowded and the staff didn’t inform it to us by checkin ( most hotels inform their guest by checkin session)Because we could arrange our breakfast time according it. There was no wc’s on the ground floor , you have to go -1 floor.

Good location though we stayed so short, think you must take the u bahn to get around or bus.

The u Bahn was close by. The little playroom worked well for our kids.
Chaos and too much noise at the lobby. The room was not clean: layer of dust on the tv, dark spots on the floor, and the extra "bed" couch was embarrassing to be an extra sleeping option.
On the top the tv didn't work and the reception promised to fix it but it never happened.
