Nice location and neighborhood in Hamburg. Room was spacious, check in and check out were easy. Parking was comfortable but expensive (25 euro).
Beds were super soft and in my opinion not comfortable, the room was either too hot or too cold(difficult to adjust the right temperature), the window were too thin and the isolation was not good, reflecting in street noise coming inside the room and as well a bit windy and drafty from th windows.

We really liked the hotel! The rooms were very stylish, the beds were very comfortable, and the self check in was easy. The location was excellent, with lovely cafés nearby, a safe neighborhood, and easy access to the city center. Since we visited during Nikolaus, they even left a small gift in our room, which was very kind.
The only small thing: we had to pay at check in, and we weren’t sure if it was the tourist rate even though we live in Germany. But overall, everything was great!

Good place in a great location next to the U1 and U3 metro station. Nice rooms and easy access.
There is no waiting area, so if you come earlier you’ll need to sit outside in the nearby park. Unfortunately stuff did not advise us a nice cafe nearby or anything to kill one hour of waiting with suitcases. And waiting at the central station was not an option as well, as an area there is questionable on safety. So we came to the hotel at 14:00 and were sitting in the nearby bench for an hour before checking in…
Also first night was extremely cold in the room, we stayed in the end of September, but luckily the issue was solved within one day after our chat with the property. Many thanks for that, the rest of our stay was warm and smooth.

Comfortable facilities and fairly detailed check-in instructions--necessary given entirely automated self-check in process.
Lack of clear information and inability to easily engage a real human being meant that anytime any slightly out of the ordinary issue arose - e.g. seeking a spare room key - was challenging. There was no detailed information on how to use the self-check in system (most notably that it was only available in certain time windows, and how to use user/room specific passwords etc.) meant that our stay was, at times, very frustrating.

It was comfortable, had the basics, also coffee and tea. Close to train and bus stops, also mini markets and supermarkets.
8.0 / 10.0
Spacious rooms, clean, good value.
The hotel courtyard borders two streets, but the street where you can park has no direct access to the courtyard - need walk around the fence to the opposite side to get in, which can be a bit tricky in the dark while carrying things.

Cozy, clean and nice rooms.
Poor checkin (the Room name is only displayed very Quick in the initial phase when self check in) be vigilant:)

It was quite nice, a lot of space and clean
Something shallow but I would’ve appreciate a mirror because there was only one in the bathroom
And maybe to put a curtain in the toilet so that you don’t feel that people is looking at you while you shower (where I stayed, the toilet had windows that had a panoramic of the park, where there were people most of the days.. so kinda akward to shower)

Despite the hotel being decent overall, we had an absolutely terrible experience that completely ruined our stay. One night, I lost the key to our room, and to my shock, the reception was completely automated. After 10 PM, the machine doesn’t allow any interaction, and no one answers the phone. We were literally left on the street with two small children at midnight, with no way to get back into our room. We were forced to book another hotel on the spot.
Even worse, the next morning, when I tried to request a new key, the system was still having technical issues and wouldn’t work.
To this day, we haven’t received a single message, apology, or any kind of concern from the hotel staff. Deeply disappointed and absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The personel was very helpful. I could reach them easily and they answer very quickly. The badthub was fun. Very nice building and location. Nice to have a private parking space. Check in was easy. We did not have to go to another location for this. It could all be done at the hotel itself.

Very stylish nice and big room, huge double bed. Very close to the center and the subway station.
Very small bathroom eith no place to put the clothes and other things while you are bathing.
6.0 / 10.0
Very good location, u3 is about 100m away and it can bring you to most attractions in Hamburg.
Very strong smoking smell in the room.

Plenty of beds and towels. Furnished nicely. Windows open for fresh air. Right next to a metro station.
The room can house nearly 20 people and yet there is only one bathroom! This proved difficult with 11 of us. A fridge and a microwave would have been immensely helpful. Elevator is very slow.

Very big aparment, with public parking nearby.
No kitchen zone.

It was super clean and fancy. We had a great night and slept very well.
We were not informed that the check-in needed to be done at a different location (Steindamm 52, 20099) in order to obtain the key.
So, before going to the hotel address (Angerstraße 3, 22087), you should go to Steindamm 52.

The room itself was beautiful, different in a positive way.
Check-in at a different inconvenient location. Staff was unfriendly, there was a long queue. The room didn’t have shampoo nor shower gel. No parking spots were available. The elevator didn’t work.

Comfortable.
Strange neighborhood.

big room in old building
check in was unacceptable, you need to go to another property where we waited over an hour to get the keys. One person at a desk with a line of weary travellers needing their keys- ridiculous

The location was really bad.
9.0 / 10.0
Spacey and clean room, a good breakfast place close to the building.
Check.in process, complex, i would have stayed one night more if the checkin process been more flexible.
7.0 / 10.0
Large and comfortable beds.
The check-in process is in a different location, around 1.5 km away.
They have 9 parking places in the yard, but you are not allowed to use them.
We had 10 lighting lamps in our room but not a single water glass.
No fridge in the room.
The bathroom is small, and the shower's doors are not closing properly, so you will have water all over the bathroom's floor.
Walls are thin, and because of that, you will hear mostly everything from others' rooms.

The location was very good, close to the subway station and restaurant/groceries options in walking distance. Apartment was nice and clean.
There should definitely be at least a small fridge. Also some basics like tea cups, glasses, etc would make sence in the room for 8 ppl.

1 Toilet & Shower for a room for 25 people made it extremely inconvenient for an early start to catch the ferry at 8 am !

Where do I start. Wow. We booked the one room with the balcony and freestanding bath tub. Although it's right on the main street you don't notice the noise whilst in the room.
On a summers evening the balcony is a nice addition we ordered pizza and chilled.
The beds are very comfortable. The room light bright and modern. The TV didn't work but didn't necessarily need it anyway.
I had to go to another hotel to pick up the key.
But it wasn't far, one stop on the U-Bahn.
No soaps in the room so bring your own.

The location was so good, 2 minutes to U bahn.
The room was clean, comfartablle and well-decorated.
We didn't use the parking iin front of the propety. We use the parking near to hospital,

the heating wasn’t working properly, we almost freeze to death

The room was very nice, cozy and big. The house was beautiful! The location right next to the u-bahn, could not have been better! Very convenient to take you anywhere in the city centre!
The check-in, as many describes, was in a seedy little "hotel" in a shady neighborhood a bit away from the actual hotel. This is a bit off-putting when you first arrive. However, when you check out, you just leave your key in a box at the actual hotel where you are staying, so you don't have to go back. There is almost no "counterspace" or anywhere else to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The room itself is rather quiet, but when people walk and talk in the hallways, its very noisy...,

I did not like that the check-in is in a different location than the hotel itself.
I did not like that the check-in time is 3pm and the check-out is 10am
10.0 / 10.0
It’s near subway, the rooms are big and warm. You have all you need for a short voiage.
The check in has to be made in another location. You have to walk 2 km from the hotel.

Room was really cozy with a good vibe
Checking in and getting the key from another location was a bit of a extra hassle.
7.0 / 10.0
Very spacious room, comfortable beds and great location next to travel networks.
Overall a well presented and comfortable place to stay.
The bathroom was on the smaller side, this wasn't too much of a issue with 4 people sharing however the room could sleep up to 8, at this point the bathroom could have been an issue.
There was some light dust across the suite in secondary areas and decorative items. The beds and bathroom were clean and tidy.
It's worth noting that check in is not onsite, and the suite building/location is unmanned.
Also the check in location is unmanned other than 9am to 11am and 2pm(ish) to 10pm.
Early check in and bag drop/storage will not be possible. However a great and cheap solution is available at the Central station.
