    Rooms were amazing, location good with transport nearby - the biggest letdown were the reception staff. No customer interaction or helpfulness at all for tourists. No communication to point out places of interest or transport links etc. when asked for a map we were handed a German map even though he clearly conversed with us In English and knew we were tourists. Not a great front of house experience which was such a shame
