Great staff, comfortable rooms

The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. Nothing to complain about at all, tidy, warm, kept clean. Staff were super helpful in every respect.

Not worth it!

The location of the property was very nice and convenient.

We arrived even later that the original check-in time and when we entered in our room it was not cleaned after the previous guests. I think this is unprofessional and I would not say it is much of a good value for the money. Moreover, it was very loud the entire night, so we couldn’t sleep properly.

room was ok

but the hotel is understaff, how can be understaffed when the hotel was full, ? I requested an iron and the front desk asked me to come and pick it up because they didn't have anyone available to bring it , unfortunately for the price I paid it was an scam, in the other hand on the rooms they didnt have shower cap, lotion, qtips etc or other items that a 4starts hotels offer never again !

Nice hotel for a weekend in Hamburg.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. The bar was nice. Good view from the room. Big train/subway station is a 10 minute walk away. Calm neighbourhood.

The room air condition was not active due to the season. It got a little warm in the room. We had to open the window to cool down amd there was a lot of noise from the traffic. Probably this is not an issue normally.

Very friendly staff, key location to the exhibition centres a 5 minute walk down the street. Great selection for breakfast and restuarants within walking distance of the hotel. We will stay again.

Pillows in the bedroom are more like standard sofa small square pillows instead of 2 large pillows you'd expect to be on your bed, for me persoanlly this made the sleeping a little horrible, but working away i drink through it.

We entered the staff elevator when we tried to get up to the hotel from the parking garage. There could be more signs. Also watch out - the parking garage is super small!!!

Room was perfect for one. Breakfast was consistently excellent. Location was perfect for the university and weekend tourism.

The room would not have been particularly comfortable with two guests. The only minor inconvenience was closing the shower door required squeezing oneself into the corner.

The staffs were very nice, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and was open for many hours, so it was flexible. The location was not far from restaurants, convenience stores, and train and bus stations.

Amazing and it could be longer~

very nice food around the area~ the Australian bar, Vietnamese cuisine, and the best is Bullerei! It was walking distance from the train station, and everywhere we went were easy to get to.
