I have been here for one night out of three, and though there is much to like about this hotel, the room has been much colder than I had expected, especially during the night, when I had to sleeo under 2 comforters! I have complained about the situation, but the room remains cold. Strangely enough, the temperature outside is warmer than that inside! In addition, when I wanted to make some tea this morning, there was no white sugar available in the room, and I complained about it. It was 7.00 a.m., and was told to go down to reception to get some, because the hotel didn't have room service! Quite a disappointment!
