Fantastic and central location

The location is great as it's near the U3 station Feldstraße which is close to some of the major attractions and a short ride into downtown. We reserved one of the more spacious rooms with the 'living' room. We really enjoyed the extra space. We also booked the room with breakfast and found that there was quite a bit of variety. As vegan/vegetarians we were pleased to see vegan 'ham' and oat milk readily available. The vegan options were still quite limited but compared to other hotels, already more advanced.

Nice hotel - recommended

The breakfast is overall great. Staff is overall nice and helpful. The suite room was comfy, well equipped.

About the underground parking : it gets full quickly, and it was unclear to us that we would be allowed to park on designated parking spots which seemed to be reserved to specific car licence plates. The reception staff that was there that night was not clear on this and this led to some back and forth as we were afraid of having the car taken away by the rightful renter of the space we'd parked on. This was fixed after a few minutes and went fine but this was frustrating and could have been dealt with easily with better communication and explanation from the hotel staff that was present at that time (midnight).

Perfect location, nice hotel

Definitely the location. Centrally located with a very nice neighborhood - bars, restaurants, lovely stores. We had a suite which was very nice, clean, a balcony wirh a good view and very comfortable.

My stay was excellent, with great breakfast, easy city access, and a relaxing rooftop sauna.

The hotel was excellent! The breakfast offered a great variety and was really tasty. We could borrow bicycles to explore the city, which was a big plus. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The hotel also had a paid garage with EV charging (via the Vattenfall app), which was very convenient. In the evenings, the rooftop sauna was the perfect way to relax. Highly recommend!

The parking garage felt a bit expensive compared to the nightly room rate, which added up quickly if you’re staying several days. While it was great that the hotel offered EV charging, the chargers were very slow—fine for an overnight top-up, but not ideal if you needed a faster charge during the day. A couple of faster chargers would have made it much more convenient for guests traveling with electric cars.

Worth every penny

Great service, comfy bed, room turning away from the street (besides from noisy guests in the hallway) it was very quiet.

To make it even better - i'd prefur more english speaking tv channels . Or the option of using Netflix and other streaming on tv.

The room was very good. There was a small separation between the bed of our kid and us. All additional staff were available in the room like disposable slippers, combs, everything. The bathroom was so clean.

Fantastic hotel in a very good location, very recommended !!!

Fantastic hotel, located in Hamburg center. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Hamburg.

Superb

The suite I stayed in was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was the right thickness. There was also an extremely comfortable couch. Shower and bath was a nice bonus and the room was clean and well turned out. Breakfast options were generally good. Particular shout out for a great staff member Jan, who was on duty when I checked in and served me some drinks in the bar - very friendly interactions during my stay.

The television did not have connectivity options, for example, to watch YouTube. All available channels were in local language except some news channels in English and French.

Very good

Good position, very clean room . The parking garage was a real perk. The Spa is also very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone smiles and that creates good vibes.

I think gluten free breakfast should be enriched, warm options consist only of bread. I really think they should keep some frozen pastries (croissants, muffins or whatever) and defrost them in case some gluten sensitive guest shows up.

Bit too expensive, for what we got. Expected more ...

Good location in the heart of St.Pauli. Easy accesible parking (against payment). Very friendly, motivated staff. Our wish of room location at the end of the hall was accepted and arranged.

Shower has not been cleaned by housekeeping - unfortunately it was stuck and we found lots of hair fromprevious guests in the drain. And to our regret a limited selection of alcoholic beverages in the minibar, which we found surprising in this price category of hotel.

Excellent hotel!

I was thoroughly impressed with the warm and welcoming attitude of the people at the reception!! They were extremely helpful and accommodating, and made my stay all the more pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was simply wonderful - a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything was freshly prepared and presented beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

the mattress was great, firm and great support. Bathroom, bedding, towels -all superb quality. Breakfast was great, good selection, gluten free options, and well worth 21euro we paid for it.

the duvet was a bit too thick and too hot for the room temperature.
