They need to clear steps up from the train station....snowy and icy the whole time we were there....very dangerous.

Great location, room was clean and comfy.

the receptionist told us we can walk in to the port restaurant and have dinner but when we got there, it was booked and we could not get a table. that was not nice after a long day of travel

Location is just amazing and makes up for the rest

Location is amazing, that’s why we came back to that hotel

No prober wardrobe and the room was very small. Also, we could hear a lot from the rooms around us so we had to keep the windows mainly closed

Too overpriced for the quality of sleep, rest and stay

Room was clean and spotless, homely feel.

Trains passing regulary all through the night, builder starting work early hours of the morning. So much noise little sleep. Noresidence parking - €25 for just 17hrs stay.

It suited us for our two night stay.

Located within walking distance of Old Town. Good view of the Harbour. Close to bus stop for train station. Close to St Pauli another different area with an excellent restaurant.

Hotel room too hot and stuffy. Very little storage for clothes so they had to stay in our suitcases. Some staff were a little off hand.

Nice stay

Spacy reataurant tables. Close to Ubahn and port. Room was comfy. Great food in the hotel restaurant. Teally good. Coctails in the tower bar are sperb.

If you love ships and ship-themed decor, this is the hotel for you.

Breakfast was great and the decor is charming. Check-in staff had a good sense of humor and made the admin work at least funny, if not actually fun.

Need more window seating in the Tower Bar! Very tight squeeze parking spots in your underground parking lot! Maybe a little more space to maneuver would be better than the extra parking spot you get out of it.
