Wonderful place in st.Pauli

Amazing and high end hotel, rooms are massive, clean and super comfortable. Is located in S.Pauli which makes it great for a tour in the evening, with nice bars and restaurants reachable by foot. The breakfast option is gorgeous with a super extensive selection, even if it's pricy it's definitely worth it.

Clean environment, comfy bed and cozy bar. Not good Sauna though.

It was clean, the room is big and bathtub was designed for two person. Sauna was not that good but it’s okay. The bar was nice.

disappointed and overpriced

the location was great, hotel common areas were funky and smart, bar area and restaurant looked nice and good lay out. reception staff were helpful and went to check if there was any space in the car park for me and lent us a plug adaptor.

no room in the car park as it was full, before we arrived I was offered an upgrade to a room with a bath, the price difference wasn't that much so I up graded. the room I originally booked stated in was on the upper floor. the upgraded room was above the bar and outside seated area, big mistake. loud music with a thumping base that shock the whole room until after 01.00am. the checkin staff must have know the music would disturb this room but said nothing.the carpet by the bed was wet later found out this was probably because of the odd shaped basin in the room the water splashed everywhere. odd layout to the room with tv almost over the bed. don't often write a bad review as I try to do my research before booking somewhere but I got this one badly wrong, overpriced only good thing was the location!! Love Hamburg and often stay there but won't be going back here.

All in all it’s fun to stay there for once.

It’s a nice and fancy hotel with an excellent restaurant.

Booked and payed the Aqua Room but got first the smaller Splash Room. It got luckily changed after we recognised it.

This is an expensive hotel, but meets expectations especially with the attractive rooms and the stunning bar and restaurant area. We especially liked the bartender who was incredibly friendly and explained some of his signature drinks to us.

There are sometimes lines in a crowded area for check in and check out.

The design, the bed, clean, easy access and check-in. Fast wifi, helpful staff. After I checked out I could leave my luggage at the reception for a few hours! Breakfast was amazing!! This is my top 3 best hotel stays in the world!!! Loved it!!

You will not forget your stay at eastHotel.

This was our second stay at eastHotel. That we returned to this hotel should say all that needs to be said. It truly is a remarkable location which I can not recommend enough. The rooms are laid out and furnished to perfection. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of anything you might want to see in St. Pauli, and within reasonable walking distance of districts such as Altstadt, St. George, Hafencity etc. The subway link is but a stone's throw away if you desire to go further afield.

The Location close to Reeperbahn you can like or not. The design of the Hotelis fantastic. The bar is nice and livley. Parking is expensive, but available in the Hotel - or on the other side of the street in a parking house.

The staff from check in to check out was not nice. They had an attitute and the process was very slow. The room was somewhat not nice, even though the design was. E.g. open shower and not noise covered Toilettes cost you alot of privacy. It also feels that the moment you leave the main canter of the Hotel towards your room you downgrade. Restaurant was a desaster, alot of money for average food of average quality.

A perfect haven of comfort and gigantic-bath-tub-ness in the heart of the beautiful St. Pauli.

Firstly, THE BATH. east Hotel's "Splash" rooms have the most amazing bathtub EVER. The room is worth every cent based on the bathtub alone - so if you are of an aquatic bent, this is definitely the option for you. All other facilities, including a lovely large bed, are on point as well. Breakfast-wise, the hotel's offerings were a little on the pricey side for my personal tastes - but that is "each to their own." There are many wonderful cafes and bakeries nearby that you can visit if you are of a similar mindset. The location was perfect for me. A five minute walk from the Reeperbahn, and more importantly, as an avid St. Pauli fan, a five minute walk from the Millerntor. A question here on Booking.com asks me if the area around the property is safe? Yes. It's safe. Like any city, simply don't get yourself mixed up in anything you should not and you will be fine.

Honestly, I can find no fault in east Hotel whatsoever.
