good location, stunning view, massive issues with quality

location, view is very nice

staff is unfriendly an unprofessional the rooms were not clean, most of all, there was an issue with such bad smell we had to change room in the middle of the night, no appologee by the staff. on the contrary, rude comments!

No coffee machine in the room. They told us we could have asked for one but come on ... this hotel should have a simple nespresso in every room. This is basic service.

Nice views, but...

Room was rather spacious and the view from the room is breathtaking. Also a bar with a fantastic view on the 20th floor.

This was a last minute booking coming at a rather high price, for which the hotel was definitely not of the standard. Towels in the bathroom were nearly torn; obviously overused. There were neither a coffee machine in the room, nor a telephone device to call for room service or -in the worst case-for an emergency.

Stunning views, wonderful room, excellent service

I loved the views from the room we were in. The very large windows allowed uninterrupted views over the Port and the city. It was stunning. The food was delicious. Will definitely rebook with this hotel, it made a fantastic base to see Hamburg.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we were easily able to extend our stay at minimal notice without having to switch rooms. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The bar on the 20th floor is also a massive highlight with amazing views of the port and a great selection of drinks.

it was very expensive. breakfast £28 - way too expensive! Also the bed was 2 twin beds not a double bed and 2 single duvets - not what you expect for £200 a night!

Exceptional

Great location just off the Reeperbahn and near the river. Clean, comfortableand well run. Nice bar at lower floor. Great bar on the 20th floor with top music and fantastic views all over Hamburg city. The rooms were big with good facilities.

the rooms were quite standard, regular size and no decorations - would have expected more for the price. however the view made up for it.

Prefered hotel in Hamburg

Location and breakfast are great. if you are so lucky to get a room with a view over the harbour it is fantastic. There is a bar on the top if you do not like Reberbahn. The harbour waterfront, Fishmarket, St Pauli and Reberbahn are in walking distance. Public 50 kW EV chargers on the streets outside but only one hour charging and three hours for the 11 kW chargers.

There is no EV chargers in the parking basement under the hotel. You have to find a charging spot on the streets. A number of 11 kW chargers for hotel guests would be a significant improvement.

It was very pleasant! Super nice staff. Nothing to complain. Had a little higher expectations.

I liked the location. The room was a little "plain" (not cozy) but absolutely fine.

We wanted to go to the rooftop bar, but there was a very long line. There was no special entrance for hotel guests.
