The front desk staff, Laura and Rike, were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. I found them both to be consistently friendly and supportive. The staff in the breakfast room were also very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The hotel itself was kept very clean, and the breakfast was good and had sufficient options. Even though I stayed near one of Hamburg's busiest streets, I managed to get a good night's sleep. (Disclaimer: I was here during the week)
Would definitely come back, great value for money IMO.

The price was okay. Room can be acceptable but looks like old hotel need to renovate. The wall looks terrible. But for short stay it was okay. Great location to reach public transport. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay.
