Location was good.
Room wasn't ready by the time, we had to leave luggage with random cleaning personel, self-check in machine is not reliable.
8.0 / 10.0
Easy check in, clean, central location
No fridge and unable to control lighting in bathroom
6.0 / 10.0
The hotel set up was interesting, very quirky, the room was beautiful and the location was good.
Our shower head was broken, and at time of booking I specified we required 3 separate beds for 3 grown adults. We arrived to 2 double beds, so our stay was not very comfortable
8.0 / 10.0
The room was clean including the bed and bed linen. We also like the decoration however the lamp could be less glaring. The team staff informed me where to find the nearest car park responding to my email quickly 😀 thank you!
The hotel was comfortable to sleep however the noise and cigarette smoke from the street disturbed our sleep. When we closed the window, we could finally sleep but then it got hot.
There is a time-consuming self-check-in, however, it was easy to follow the instructions.
The nearest underground car park charges €22 per night but takes 10 minutes to reach the hotel.

Nothing
Nothing, the lodging process requires barcode and nothing was sent. Also all attempts to reach the hotel was abortive . I was stranded cause I could not gain entrance to my room last night.

Clean room, nice hotel.
Only check in until 22:00 is a little tight. I nearly missed that. Also the Check In by machine is a little complicated

The accomodations were good
The check in a little confusing but the room was good
3.0 / 10.0
Although location good if you want to party in Reeperbahn the room itself very basic. But the worst was check in when the machine would not give me the receipt showing my room number so I had to try every door until I found my room. Also horrible the elevator broke down on 2 of the days I stayed there so I would pass on this place if you have other options
7.0 / 10.0
Hotel was fine, I didn't have the chance to use more of the facilities, as I was there only for one night.
A person from the staff opened the door of the room around 10 am, before check-out time. That was bad.

The room was cleaned every day
Didn’t get the room we paid for - had to share a double bed with a friend instead of two singles
Staff were rude and obnoxious
Bed was like sleeping on the floor and pillow was awful
Reception opened at 3 and no one there to help
Massively overpriced
Rooms were too hot
Located in a place which had banging music all through the night
Felt really unsafe throughout
Drug users outside the hotel every day and night

The showers water pressure.
This box isn’t big enough for me to get into what I didn’t like
3.0 / 10.0
Location was great, apart from the homeless openly smoking crack cocaine outside the front door.
We payed for 3 single beds for 3 men and got a double and a single, RUINED THE HOLIDAY!!!!!!!
9.0 / 10.0
The room was renovated, clean and nicely setup
Room names make it confusing to find a room, but that’s not a big problem
7.0 / 10.0
Wasn’t able to get 2 single beds, even though previously requested before arrival. Checked in, rooms already assigned.hotel full. No change possible

The theme is gorgeous
The windows weren't sound proof so it was a little hard to fall asleep
7.0 / 10.0
I like the facade and inside the rooms with tall walls were also pleasant. Heating service was good and windows were soundproof.
The fridge was really noisy I had to unplug it at night. There was no electric kettle for coffee or tea in the morning. The staffs mostly aren’t available.

The room was very spacious.
The towels had some strange smell. The district seems not to be safe. The receptionist hadn’t allowed me to check-in at 2pm, and said that his working day starts at 3pm. Therefore, I needed to wait that was inconvenient as the room had been already prepared for.

It had a lot of character and the decor was well-thought out, like a boutique hotel would be but at a much lower price. I really liked the dark furnishings. It was also in the middle of the Reperbahn but was secure and not as loud as expected, which we appreciated. The bathroom and the room were spotless and the bed was comfortable.
It would be great to have some safe luggage storage and check in beyond 10PM. Some way to have breakfast would also be great. In general some more staff and to have one person there after 10 and before 12 would go a long way.

Good location if you want to party. Room was good. Enjoyed my stay
Weird smell in hallway. The place isn't really "cozy"/I wouldn't view it as a hotel really. No bar and no real service, but good place to go a few people if you're looking to get twisted at the reeperbahn
8.0 / 10.0
central and spacious
the amount of red walls made the room a bit too dark - but nothing bad
3.0 / 10.0
If you want to be right at the Reeperbahn between homeless drunks and s*x workers, this is the place for you. If you don’t, definitely do more research. I regret not having done so.
The building has an elevator and our room had a fridge. They sell drinks but we were able to use it to cool our own things which was nice.
The receptionist was extremely rude and blunt. The rooms were somewhat clean but there was a white substance on the curtains (I can only imagine what that was).
On our first night around 11:30pm, someone knocked on our door. We didn’t answer but it turned out to be a s*x worker who seemingly was looking for another client. The people next door answered and we could hear them telling her to leave but she didn’t speak any English so this went on for at least 45 mins.
I recommend reading other reviews, such as the ones on Google. There are pretty accurate. The music outside went on until 5am but it is manageable if you close the windows and sleep with ear plugs.
The reception was closed most of the time (not that I would have wanted to go back after the first encounter).

The sound insulation is terrible considering it's on Germany's most infamous party street. The area is very unsafe. A homeless person found their way into the hotel and night and was banging on all the doors and there's no staff to do anything.

Kitch red light there but spacious and clean.
Cleaning staff did a Good job. This is No five star hotel, but you get noisy immersive st. Pauli experience in a very decent and Secure hotel Room.
The receptionist was the most unfriendlt i have met, but is probably just german Way - she upgraded us after lecturing us. Didnt see her since check in nor did We need it.

Hotel is very well located. Room is big and was super clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I really enjoy my time there and recommend it!
The communication true messages on Booking. com was not the best. I paid for a double bed and got 2 singles which is annoying.

the was a bit smell coming upstairs but i think it was because of the people at the reeperbahn

the woman at reception on the day we landed was really rude. we understand we arrived late due to a delayed flight. She was working past her time slot but the attitude she gave was unacceptable. during check in she even threw the passports on the counter
