Would not come back

Warm welcome even though from another hotel where we had to receive the key. The s-bahn station is not too far away.

Partially our fault because we didnt check the area first bit be aware that this is the sex and drunk zone... even with closed windows we couldnt sleep because of the noise in the street. The equipment of the room is very old, not very clean and the bed was partially broken...

The kitchen was well equipped. It has oven, microwave, kettle, dishes, plates, even a coffee maker.

It was not very clean. Many surfaces were dirty and it was obvious that the place was not cleaned properly.

The rest was fine: the apartment is nothing exceptional but it has what you need, but the location within walking distance of the sbahn was really really good!

No reception availability even for mentioned time of reception Opening. Not even a single cleaning of room and Toilet for a stay of 12 nights. Very desapointing. Lot of noise from the stair usage.

The location is amazing. Can´t get closer to the action! The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The mattress will need a little bit of a change soon, because it is getting to soft. And the german pillows... I still can´t understand how they are used. I would prefer to have a pillow just big enough to put under my head, rather than this massive ones that almost fit under my whole body. It´s one of those cultural shocks for any non german. But it wont prevent you from sleeping. you can always roll it into a normal sized pillow.

The shower in our room Q33 was a bit crazy. the water is going everywhere except on your head. Maybe it needs a new showerhead. It was uncomfortable to have the water spray everywhere in the toilet because the little holes of the head are moved. Also, the toilet is a bit loose, so it moves when you are sitting on it. Maybe they are "first world problems" but i think that investing a morning on these things would go a long way!

A good budget place to stay.

If you are not looking for a 5* hotel, but a clean small self-contained room in the midst of all the action and city center easy accessable then you are at the right place.

The room is carpeted. Would have prefered tiles etc. due to clenliness. Also, the staircase is a little difficult to climb, slowely but surely one step at a time you will get to your room. :-)

Everything was very good, the site is practical and has everything you need for your stay. Checking and checkout is quick and easy. The strategic location due to its near to the port, nightlife, metro station, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, is very good.

It has been awful. We had to leave asap because it wasnt healthy to be hosted and breath in there. The smelling of tobacco was very bad. The pictures on booking they dont match with the reality unfortunately. They look very different. Sad to give such a bad review but im being honest. Don't want for the others to experience the same.

Good value for money in Hamburg's party district

It is a clean, decent place for a good money (comparing to accommodation prices in Hamburg), really close to subway and a short walking distance to the harbor. All the reviews about "it was so load", really surprises me - the place is in the middle of a party district - of course, it might get a bit loud, what the hell do you expect. This place definitely does not deserve it's low rating. Good value for money.

Location is good. It's noisy until late at night but that wasn't a problem for me. The sound insulation of the windows is good.

The stand of the shower-handset is broken. You can't take a shower without holding it with one hand. The faucet is also broken. The shampoo is extremely low quality. There is no cup to put a toothbrush. The front door lock handles are broken. They must be repaired.

The internet didn’t work until the second day. The surround area is very busy during the night, the room had few or any isolation for the noises outside. I had trouble sleeping. The warm water wasn’t warm at all.
