It is a good option for accommodation, close to the harbour!

The staff was really friendly, location is excellent, the food for breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious, the room was large, clean and quiet.

It was a bit too cold in the room, for my preference.

Great place to stay if you want to see and enjoy Hamburg 😊

The Accommodations was clean, modern, and quiet. The Staff was very polite and helpful especially the Bartender was great. The Breakfast was fresh and good. The location was perfect and had a lot of great restaurants, bars, and breweries around. Only a few stops with the subway to get to the musical area and shopping area. We were able to park our car underneath the Hotel.

Only thing missing was a Bathtub.

There were no slippers and no drinking water in the room. After paying this much for the hotel, I expected some things to happen in the room.

pleasant with a few issues

clean and fresh with a very welcoming feel comfy beds brilliant location for what we needed.

rooms where hot and couldn’t get the AC working the toilet kept letting water through and we had to push the button a few times to make it stop which was annoying when n the middle of the night. the shower goes hotter and colder throughout your wash and was never consistent to what it was set at
