WONDERFUL STAFF

I make the reservation and my mother stayed here. She doesn't know German or English but staff are amazing they helped about everything. I am really grateful. She really likes the place also. Thank you so so much!

Recommendation for a stay with children

Good accessibility, close to the city, convenient parking in an underground garage. Clean environment. Friendly staff, smiling and willing to help. And above all, the possibility to cook in the kitchenette.

But for me, I would like a wider bed. It seemed terribly narrow to me. In the guest kitchen, perhaps check more often. Lack of tea cups.

Great stay! Would recommend.

We just loved the vibe and the staff were great too. Our kids loved the colourful room and we all appreciated the welcoming bar area. The surrounding area was interesting too.

The staff were friendly and offered a genuinely warm welcome. They were helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel is simple, but given the price range, it wouldn’t be fair to expect too much. A functional room with comfortable beds – clean and well-maintained. Great value for money

The corridor outside the room felt a bit dated, but then again, hotel corridors aren’t exactly where you spend your time. The fitted sheets could be improved – they’re a bit on the thin side.

Pricey but clean and professional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. From cleaning personal to reception. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The ventilation in the room. Due to security reasons you can not open the windows fully, which I understand. But another type of ventilation would be nice then. And it was quite pricey for the location.

Save your money instead!

Hotel's location is very nice. Easy accessto local transport and shops.

First of all, there is no AC in the rooms and if you're travelling during summers in 30+ degrees, you need to open the windows which in return cost you traffic noise whole night. There is no kettle in the rooms. Rooms are not clean properly for example garbage bins aren't empty in the room. Staff at the receptionis not at all friendly, there love to avoid you. Such a huge building has one main elevator. If you're coming by car, don't be surprisedby the tiny parking places given by the hotel with high rates. Breakfast was very basic.

Pleasant hotel where you can take a rest after all-day activities in town.

Easy reachable hotel in young style near train and s-bahn station, surprisingly quiet. Clean room, comfy beds, obliging staff, excellent breakfasts. Self service loundry and kitchen for guests is great plus.

Very good hostel in Hamburg-Altona

Very good hostel close to Altona station for good public transport links. Nice bar/lobby area. Comfortable beds with good pillow/sockets and shelves. Hostel is in a quiet and safe area but also close to public transport. Pretty quiet hostel, which is laid out more like a hotel, so it's more suitable if you want a good nights sleep rather than a party vibe. Good value for money in an expensive city. E-scooters are usually parked right outside front door.

Shower in room was tiny and kind of blocked so water was gathering at bottom even when taking a short shower. Kind of off-putting when sharing with strangers.

Exceptional

Excellent location, very close to Altona station and easy to find. The receptionists were very helpful. The rooms are big enough, but theres not enough space for suitcases, only backpacks.

There is one shower and one toilet assigned to each room of 8 people, not a communal bathroom for each floor. If someone is using the bathroom attached to the room during the night it will probably wake up the others

Great stay in Hamburg.

The hotel had large rooms for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This a a good location for us, as it's close to the SBahn and Altona train station. We could quickly get to the Harbor or up to the volksparkstadion. Staff were all helpful. They had a nice snack bar in the lobby to order coffee, beer or other drinks.

We didn't experience any glaring issues on our stay. Everything was fine.
