Great stay in a nice place, the room was spacious, the beds were good (pillows could have been a bit more substantial) and the shower was clean and working great. Loved the shops across the street and the restaurant below (not owned by the hotel) is good! The ferry to Hamburg is about 5 minutes walk away and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center with lovely views of the harbour while you get there.
There is no person at reception, I can understand, but a poster with how to check in (since the link in the mail didn't work) would have been helpful. The hotel is a little outdated, there are some touch-ups needed.

Self check in smoth location is also good
Too much noise from other rooms even at 3 am night.
No warm water,i can not take bath for 2 days even for bath i go to my friend home and it cost me extra time and money,warm water is a necessary faculties but they refuse to help out.totaly rubbish
