I advise avoiding this hotel

The only advantages of this hotel are the low price and convenient location — on the city outskirts but close to bus and ferry stops, in a quiet area with a Rewe supermarket nearby that’s open until 11 p.m. There was a kettle in the room, so we could have some tea while waiting for our turn to sleep

They attract guests with low prices but deceive them with the rooms. There is no service at all, no reception, and no one to solve any issues. We booked a triple room, as we are not a couple and specifically needed separate beds. After booking, we received the room number and a PIN code. Upon arrival, the code didn’t work. To resolve anything, you must call the phone number provided — there is no other contact. The person on the phone assigned us a different room, but when we opened it, it turned out to be a single room with a pull-out mattress instead of a triple. When we complained, the manager replied that they had no triple rooms at all and asked why we even needed one if there were only two of us. Such arrogance was shocking. We stayed for one night because it was too late to find another place, but we had to sleep in turns, and the next day we had to look for another hotel, wasting time, money, and nerves. As for amenities - the room is old and dirty, and the furniture is broken.

I chose the room based on its photos on Booking.com, but the reality was completely different. I don’t understand how the website allowed them to post misleading pictures without verifying them.

The price I paid for the location and a free parking is what make it rate it 5 not 3 out of 10.

The room and barely clean. We stay at a "family room" which is an attic. The floor squeaky everytime someone try to go to the bath room. So it is. About hard to try to sleep with 4 people in one tiny room. With 4 people we only given 1/4 roll of toilet paper, that's all. No hand soap, no additional toilet paper. But if you are just looking for. Palace to crash for a night with cheap price and free parking then this is the place for you, but of you are looking for more than 1/4 toilet paper for 4 person then rather go somewhere else.

The place is perfect

Room in bad conditions. Cover of toilet brocken, desk found with residual of food (or of any other organic residual), pulver everywhere and obsolete design. I will not suggest to come there.

I checked in late at around 1030pm the staff many do not speak English. One asked me to pay for my breakfast which was included which I thought was rude.. checking in late was a nightmare as the code they gave was wrong. I had to use my phone to ring reception a number of times. The guy on duty from 1030pm onwards his English was non existent and I could not find my room. Checking in late is a nightmare

A frustrated guest turned the alarm at mid night because no one was there for checking-in

It is not a hotel, it is a poor apartment (2 min from rhe hotel), old fashioned, very small, no facilities. Food from previous guests in the fridge. Towels not fresh. Beds were moved from the wall to the center of room, not comfortable. For the price ~300 eur/night better conditions are expected, at least clean room prepared for guests.

The breakfast room, it was traditional.

My room was dirty, there were hairs everywhere and unknown stains. I did not dare taking my shoes off. It was not isolated at all, so I could hear everything going on in the other rooms.

Service, we ended up waiting in nearby caffe for receptionist to come. I have not received any apologies for the waiting time. Even though we have check out in time we received 2 reminders from personnel about check out mocking our room.

Nice room with a balcony, spacious bathroom, very good value for money. Sufficient heat and other small details in the room makes living comfortable.

The location is okay. You just need to take the boat to cross the river. Going to the city center takes nearly an hour. If you're not in a hurry. The view is wonderful.
