Great value for money!!

We booked a Deluxe Double room which was super comfortable, spacious, bright and really clean. The neighborhood is super enjoyable with a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants. It was more than worth the price, and we would 100% recommend this hotel.

Nice hostel with nice staff

Nice rooms, nice bathrooms, nice staff on the reception, reasonably quiet (there is a restaurant in the yard, so there is some noise until they close, I think around 10pm or so). You can walk to the center also on foot.

Very limited parking options nearby - on the streets only 22:00-08:00, during day you have to go to parking garage Hamburg Messe. Some homeless person was sleeping in the morning before the reception in the courtyard (well better for him than on the street, but not very nice for us with the children; but at least they see not everyone is privileged to have a bed).

Could be a bit noisy in the evening before 12am as there are restaurants on the ground street.

This hotel turned a very disappointing experience into an enjoyone after being let down by previous accommodation.

Very helpful and friendly staff we had been let down by another accommodation so it was short notice but the staff at Pajama where very accommodating we dropped our luggage off early as we had to get to an exibition that we were working at and the staff put all of our luggage in our room ready on our return.

Clean spacious everything we needed good location and plenty of good restaurants near by.

Central location

Very basic hotel. Really small TV, no fridge and above all the room was very cold. We didn't sleep well. Not recommended. You can find something better for the price.

Superb

Large room, I booked a double room but it was actually a 4 person (family) room so it was very large. Shower was great with good pressure and temperature. Location is good, heaps of resteraunts nearby and lots to do

A good hotel for my short stay

If you need a short stay in Hamburg this hotel is very good, 5 minutes walking from MRT Sternschanze, in the middle of many restaurants & sightseeing Sternschanze. Room is clean and large.

Room is not soundproof, you can hear when people talking loud outside your room. But is you stay for only 1 night is fine.

Superb

Hostel but really family friendly. My family of 5 (including one 4yo) enjoyed our stay. Rooms were done daily, and very clean. Check in was seemless; we arrived beyond the check-in time, however the staff drop us a text prior earlier in the day providing clear instructions how get our keys.

No kettle in the room We manage to borrow one from the front desk but it was so dirty that we didn't end up using it eventually. Maybe the hostel could provide each room a kettle or if hot water is made available at front desk would be nice.

Noisy for a family visit and the odor of the cooking from the restaurant gets in the room when opening the windows.

Very kind the attention of the concierge girl. The restaurants around the área.

Don't have air conditioner, no water to drink (at least a bottle) and neither ice machine or small fridge. The check in is very late and that does not favor the client You should consider the suggestions!.
