Coded entry system with no staff evident on site. No other facilities offered than the room.

The room represented good value for money, was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and towels available. It was nice and quiet at the time of my stay. No eating or other facilities were available on the premises, but there was an excellent restaurant / bar only 100 metres away that was reasonably priced !

Would have been nice to have a plug in the basin !!

Good, comfortable accommodation for a superb price in a central location, what more can you ask for?

Nice, clean room with good shower in a central location. The train station is only a short walk away, there is a good choice of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood and I slept well. Staff was not visible, but could be contacted via mobile.

Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine. No food available on the premises, but there are cafes/restaurants and a supermarket close by.

The bed is the dealbreaker for me, other than that a perfect accommodation, but the bed has to be exchanged.

The place was easy to find. The area is nice with a lot of good caffes and restaurants. Supermarket is few hundreds of meters away. There is cinema just around the corner, about 20 meters from the lodge. I was in Hamburg for a concert in Übel & Gäferlich which is also only few hundreds of meters from the place. I got in time code for the main entrance of the lodge and everything was easy. The room has coffee machine. I will come again.

For me, the mattress was too soft. Also, shower could have a bit better position, but that was not too bad.

Cute but Noisy

Nice place, the neighborhood is very cool ! Cute lodge, with à little shared garden. Bed was comfy. Reception help us nicely to find the door. It was a good night.

Rooms aren't soundproof at all, we hear other guests often at night and in the morning. When we moved the carpet (to protect it from our dog) there was a lot of dust in it.. So after that the floor's room was not good.

Perfect location in the center of Hamburg's nightlife

The external door is very loud so when other guests arrive it's easy to be woken up. There is no place to hang towels The toilet makes a noise when flushing it. The towels and bedsheets have holes in them.

Great value, would return again and recommend!

comfortable bed, clean sheets and linens, bathroom spotless with hair dryer. toilet roll, new towels and bin emptied much appreciated 👍🏻 nespresso machine in room, and good little TV and chair, bedside tables with plugs next to them - all really small but great things! on a really quiet street, and felt really secure when in the building WiFi is good too really well connected, within 15 mins or less of many stations and bustling areas, lots of bikes and scooters around the area to hire perfect for a few nights in the city!

as other reviews mention, room is very humid - but there is a dehumidifier:) and is definitely manageable for a few nights even though I'm quite sensitive to humidity! bathroom door really difficult and loud to shut, but fine as travelled with partner. our bedroom door itself could have been a little more secure but as I said, it felt very secluded and secure would have appreciated a bigger bin!

Perfect location in the center of Hamburg. Easy check-in and check-out.

Bedsheets had holes in them. No shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. No hanger for towels. The toilet made an annoying sound when flushing. When opening the windows there was a lot of dort from the outside. Poor quality hairdryer.

All was fine as expected for such a price and locality. The access to the room on check-in was fine. The room were cleaned everyday, which is also very nice for the price.

Room not available and check in info not received

We did not get the check in info so could not get in at arrival. They did not answer when we tried to call booking as it said on the door. When finally calling the emergency number we found out that the room could not be used because the shower did not work so we had to walk one kilometre to another place. Not fun when arriving late at night.

Central, clean, quiet and beautifully furnished. Well serviced with fresh towels almost daily. The shower was an absolute dream with endless gushing hot water!

The bathroom fan stopped working after only a few minutes each visit and couldn't clear the steam / damp properly. Also, the seal on the shower needs attention; it was a little torn and water leaked onto the floor. There was no-one to speak to about this, nor to ask for an extra blanket.

Worth of money, super location and kind staff.

I was in the single room with enough sun shine. Tastefully equipped room and bathroom. Coffee machine in the room. Perfect location near St. Pauli district.

I missed a bit a wardrobe where I can locate my clothes, since I was there for 10 days, that would be useful. Not well designed shower, missing water blocks in order to stop the running water out of the shower corner.
