Great hotel, great staff , clean and tidy. Will be staying again

We got a junior suite as our flight was cancelled so had to book hotel quickly. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel staff were unbelievably good. They were so helpful, kind, and very helpful when it came to directions the city and where to go for food etc.

Great location between 2 ubahn stations, that connect you with the center nicely. Rooms are spacious and clean

There was a tense smell coming out of the bathroom and we kept the doors closed all the time but I think it was coming from the canalization. Not a big deal though.

The bathroom had very little privacy, the wash basin was not in the bathroom and was in the hallway which was not ideal. It wasn’t as comfortable as I expected. The breakfast add on was very expensive so we went without

Perfect stay in all small details. Amazing breakfast, private parking, fabulous rooms, airco, lighting.

IT was not convenient to lift big suitcase up the stairs. There are two elevators for different rooms and one is only accessible via stairs.

Hotel for a one night stay only

It was well located and rooms were adequate and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok

I asked for my towels to be changed daily and for my room safe to be fixed(needed a battery) several times, they always said it would be done, but it never happened. Breakfast spread was good quality but the 5 hot items were the exact same everyday for 7 days. The price of the hotel was too high for what you got in terms of service etc.

Probably, I would choose another place to stay in Hamburg. Small details ruined first good impression.

Good location - metro station in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and supermarket around the corner. Big and clean room, great breakfast and stuff.

Washbasin in the hallway, it was inconvenient for the family. the shower had poor door insulation, so after every bath there was a huge squelching puddle on the floor in front of the toilet. Water drained badly in the shower, but we asked to fix it and then it was much better. Hand soap was about 0 in the bottle. One day we took advantage of the hotel offer and canceled the cleaning, we were given a voucher for a drink. but due to a puddle in the bathroom the next day we had to ask for cleaning, after cleaning the drink voucher left on the table disappeared. It lay on the table and they just took it away. The linen and towel had a specific smell that happens on trains (if you've ever slept in compartment trains, you know this smell), I don't like this smell. The hotel is located on a busy road so opening a window to sleep is not possible, although the soundproofing is good. There is parking in the hotel, but quite expensive (30 euros per day), so if you are by car, it makes sense to explore the area and find a parking space outside the hotel. It wasn’t the most expensive place, neither the cheapest, so I expected more smooth stay.

Nice stay, although one room was very small.

The breakfast was really good. The hotel was clean. The staff didn't speak enlish very well, but we managed to understand each other. The superior double/twin room was good.

We booked two rooms as we were 5 people travelling. We booked a 'standard double' and a 'superior double' with an extra bed. I can't recommend the standard double room if you are more than 1 person, unless you are extremely comfortable with each other. The toilet only had a glass sliding door, that didn't close tight and the zink and mirror is outside the bathroom, right in the entrance, which leaves very little option for privacy. I would recommend booking the 'superior double' which had a seperate bathroom.

Clean room with a bath (not all rooms have them), clean bed, plenty of cups and towels, very comfortable. A good number of hangers in the open closet.

Some noise from the neighbor rooms (curtain drawing) can get through.

Staff only, they were super kind and nice especially Hani from reception did his best to accommodate my complaints. he was so kind so helpful. everyone in the reception were always very kind.

i am not sure when they last cleaned the curtains, there are stains forget about them but you touch the curtains and an insane amount of dust comes to your hand. the rooms are good in terms of facilities(not the cheapest one) but the one higher is nice however the rooms doesnt smell nice at all. there is no duvet for 2 people. i changed rooms during my stay and second rooms toilet was not very clean. breakfast is mediocre.

A very good option in Hamburg.

Great location, two subway stations close by which facilitates. A especial tank you for Hani at the front desk, a nice gentleman always helpful, your assistance was highly appreciated, thank you from my family and I.

I think the hotle sould invest to have fast meals, sometimes you arrive late at noght with no intention to go for dinner and having the possibility to grab something simple to eat makes a difference.

Good option close to Schanzenviertel and St Pauli

We liked the location and the window insulation (no noise from the very busy street), as well as the size of the room, lighting and mattress.

When walking into the room, it is clearly noticeable that this used to be a smoking room many years ago. Also, no towel hooks for hand towels next to the sink, just one hanger for all towels next to the tub.
