The location was perfect for us since we were catching an early ferry to Helgoland. Besides, we're Portuguese, so we were pleasantly surprised that the neighbourhood has loads and loads of Portuguese restaurants. Really nice!
The room itself had all the amenities you may need, it was very comfortable.
Online it says there is laundry service, but when I asked about it in the reception I was told that there isn't. I don't know if the receptionist was poorly informed.

Located directly at Landungsbrücken, the hotel is easy to reach by public transport - and also well situated to explore the city. My single room was reasonably spacious. A buffet breakfast is available (at additional coast) with quite a good choice.
The mattress of the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but that is personal preference, I guess - and I still had a good night's sleep.

Good location, a few steps to the S-Bahn, friendly staff
The rooms (I speak about single room) are really small with almost no space to walk in

The staff was amazing! The location is very good, close to the S and U-Bahn. The shower had good pressure and temperature control.
I expected a hotel room at this price point to have climatization and better sound insulation. It was not possible to properly close the window, and the room was noisy.
