It would have been appreciated to have a bit more coffee and tea available, as there were only two Nespresso capsules and no tea. A small courtesy kit would also have been a nice touch.

Spectacular views, amazing location, and comfortable!

Comfortable, spacious, great views - windows were fantastic, awesome location, good amenities, well stocked kitchen, restaurants nearby, bus line and ferries nearby, laundry room for guests to use worked well - 2 washing machines and 1 dryer - one washing machine (in the middle) did not work-there was no water that came out, and we enjoyed the radio!

Outdated electricity card system - was difficult to use and many controls that did not work. We could not turn the AC on and the heated floors did not seem to work despite following the directions sent upon check in.

Great location, good transport links if needed, very clean, stunning apartment with all facilities. Bathroom is big and included a separate bath. Kitchen facilities are very useful. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again for definite.

Unfortunately the lift broke on day 2 and we were on the 5th floor....its just one of those things I guess.

I liked the room, safe, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning wasn't that strong so it was a bit warm but OK.

The fact that there is no where to get a drink - no vending machine or water in the room and no shops locally.

Nice two days break in Hamburg

The location is good and the sea views from the window are wonderful. The house has a good and safe garage. The apartment was quite spacious, clean, modernly furnished and functional. On the other side of the street, right at the water's edge, there is a lively Italian-style restaurant. Good pizzas and pastas.

There is no breakfast available at this destination at all. Therefore, the reception could be expected to know the locations of nearby shops and cafes. Did not know. Furthermore, considering the price of the apartment, one could have assumed that the equipment included coffee beans for more than two cups.

Very good location by the Elbe. Room 307 has partly good view over the Elbe. Big apartment with lots of space. Two bathrooms - one with a bathtub.

Nice appartment on the river

Nice, spacious and very clean studio appartment. Sound proofing works well. Nice river view.

Depending on where you're going it is a bit out of the way, but there is a nice walk along the river into town and through a park to Altona and bus no 2 to Hafen City and Bahnhof Altona runs right outside

Self check-in process was a bit confusing, it was possible to pay only for one night, so until the next morning when someone on reception appeared we didn’t know is there a mistake and we should find another accommodation for the second night or everything is alright. And you guys have an issue with the bathtub plug. But these are small things. In general this is the perfect place to stay.

We love the location and the apartment was clean, hat it all with a minimalistic style. Loved the big windows and the space in the living room and kitchen. The staff was super helpful for all our requirements and needs at the apartment and for outside tips. Can’t wait for us to come again!

Good

It was clean and really comfortable. The view was nice. The bed was super comfortable. You had plenty of space. It was close to city center. They kept our luggage for a couple of hours before and after our stay. They gave us the room before 3 pm.

That part of city where the hotel located was not that clean and nice. There was no handwash provided in the bathroom. The number of shampoos and toilet paper and coffee and tea was not enough. Ofcourse they provided further after asking. But I expected plenty of it from begining since they do not cost that much. The other thing which shocked me was that they asked for extra pay 10 euros for high speed internet. We did not notice that the there is a fee for high speed one, and at least they could inform us during check in. I told them this and they did not charge us finally. The hotel is very nice and clean, but these things made us uncomfortable.

You get what you see on the pictures.

We liked the place. Business apartment with view to the office building across the street and the river. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The bed was great and very comfortable. More than enough space for 2 people. Generally you get what you see on the pictures and it is hard to find anything to complaint about. The aircondition works perfectly which was usefull considering temperatures around 30 degrees during our stay.

There is some noice from the street, also during the night, the source is the old road right outside the windows made of stones and you can hear tire noice when cars are driving by. It is not very loud and the apartment is well isolated, so unless you have some sleeping disorder you should be fine.

Location was great, big apartment.

I booked a premium room and even paid for an upgrade only to be put atvthe back of the hotel without the harbor and sea view. They should inform you of this when the pictures of said room has sea views.
