Main attraction is spectacular location, beautiful and convenient walk to St Pauli etc.

Didn't eat breakfast. Location spectacular, world class, felt like we were in the harbor.

Nice hotel in a not very central area

The room is really nice, and the building is of course really cool. Nice view from the top, and next to Fischmarkt in case you like it. The area has some hot spots for alternative culture and so in Hamburg, albeit not close to the typical sights.

The location is somewhat too remote, and no proper access to public transport. Parking is somewhat weird, as it is setup in an old industrial facility of some sort. There was not even any good information as how to get into the city.

the location and the breakfast are the 2 very strong points for this hotel.

there is no airdonditioning and the windows almost do not open. we had a room on the interior side, where there is no wind at all. not possible to sleep in this kind of conditions. also there was a lot of noice, as other guests clearly also could not sleep.

very nice room with “wasser sicht” on the Elbe. ships passing in front of window. Good location. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

i received more than 20 emails Directly from hotel and through booking.com about rating the hotel even before I checked out. Also several in German and still receiving. This makes me hesitate to book again as it is annoying (spam). even thought of rating by a 1. The email with the final invoice to quickly check out was perfect. just leave it to that and 1 invitation to rate via booking.com

Comfy rooms in great location!

Amazing location with great view from the terrace. Stylish rooms with good showers and amenities. Staff were helpful although not overly friendly.

Lack of security as no key access required to get into the building, lifts or even corridors taking you to your room. The draining in the bathrooms was vacuum style like with aeroplane toilets so very noisy when using the shower or flush!

Hotel with nice flair and good location

Nice location next to Hamburg Fischmarkt and right next to Elbe river. The building has a bit of industrial flair which fits the surrounding area. The bed was comfy. Coffee powder offered at reception for brewing a coffee in the room.

Great staff, very accomodating and professional. Fantastic location.

The hotel uses a vacuum system for drainage, meaning there is a loud suction noise (like in a plane toilet, but louder) every time you turn on water / shower / flush, which you can hear from other rooms as well.

Clean, modern with a lovely setting

I liked roof bar and the sunrise/sunset. It was also lovely to watch the comings and goings of the dock.

I found the roofs quite dark and I found it a little tricky to get into the city centre from the area. There also wasn’t a lot of choice in the area for places to eat/drink

The concept of the hotel is good and the beds were very good. The breakfast arrangement was also in good order and tastefull. The decor of the rooms was nice

Drinks ordered at the bar cannot be charged to the room. (As per the bartender due to payment issues in the past) This does not suit a 4-star hotel for this price. The corridors with the black paint are very dark and although overall style is nice, these black corridors are very (too) dark. Cleanliness of the floor in the room could be much better and since it is a hard floor, easier to clean than rooms with carpet.
