The decor is new and tasteful throughout. Breakfast was pleasant, something for every taste. The location and price point was good for us. We would book this hotel again.

We opted not to have our room cleaned after the first of three nights, but then they missed us on the second too! We had removed the 'Do not disturb' sign by 9AM, and were out all day, so aren't sure why.

Superb

This is a nice novel hotel with an interesting design. The staff is friendly and helps with wishes. Very modern and clean hotel. Great view from the seventh floor. Excellent insulation, so no noise is heard despite being close to a busy road. There are several nice places to eat and drink in the direct vicinity, and there is a gas station that works 0-24 across the street.

There is no kettle in the room. The desk is too small to place a larger laptop.

The room had a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is far from the center, but in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Breakfast was also amazing!

Early check in was not possible, but I did arrive on a Sunday morning, so I can understand that most of the rooms had been booked for the previous night and had to be cleaned :)

Ramp could have been functional it wasn’t and my luggage was heavy. The staff helped but it was a bit embarrassing as a foreign guest not knowing the accepted culture and tipping norms

Ok, some improvement in customer services will help.

No explanation on how to use the facilities from day one on. Most of the staff not very friendly and you almost needed to ask for basic stuff. Also please don’t state that you have a restaurant when you only are able to serve pizza. On the bright side, breakfast and room cleanliness was ok, as well as location.

Superb

Breakfast was very basic but quite good. The room was clean, stylish, everything you need is available. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location is not in the center, but there is a public transport stop right next to it that takes you to the center very easy. And the public bus takes you to and from the airport.

Wifi connection was very poor. The bed was too soft for me. Everything else was very good.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast has enough categories including eggs, coffee, etc. The hotel is quite newly renovated or built, so the condition of the facilities is good.

I took the place because it was close to the hospital i was visiting. Would have to think twice about money/ quality

Breakfast was ok except the fact there is not enough spacw for evenyone in the busy hours. just one person showing tables/ cleaning/ helping out.

When I checked in there was an old garbage with covid test inside! (Thankfully, negative). Bad smell from shower if the poeple on the next room go to the shower. Room was pretty small, i could hardly put all of my clothes out (stayed there for a week).

The hotel was close to bus stops and easy to get around. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. Every was clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was also really nice. Overall a really nice stay that I would recommend.

There is nothing that I disliked about my stay and I would absolutely stay at this location again in the future. From check-in to check out everything was perfect
