    Stayed on the fifth floor where the elevator stops only at the fourth floor, so have to walk up the stairs. This can be troublesome for heavy luggage travelers. The hotel does not have an aircon. Not far not near from the central station but the area nearby the hotel has lots of immigrants and drug addicts.

    The hotel itself was very good. It's in a convenient location, just a short walk from Hamburg Central Station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside is the immediate area around the hotel. The street outside had a noticeable presence of drug dealers and prostitutes, especially in the evening, which made it feel uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe. This is, of course, not the hotel's fault, but it's something future guests should be aware of when choosing the location. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the hotel's cleanliness, excellent staff, and convenient location. If you're comfortable with the neighborhood or plan to use it mainly as a base for sightseeing, it's a good choice.

    The hotel is ideal for an overnight stay if travelling by train as it is just an easy 10 minute walk from Hamburg's main station. However, the hotel is located on a long street which at night is populated by drug dealers, drug addicts and prostitutes. There were sex shops and a dodgy looking 'adult' cinema very near the hotel building. We witnessed drug deals being carried out, drugs being used including heroin being injected and drug users slumped in doorways even though there was a large police van parked on the street and it was a very scary experience. However, daytime this street is transformed and there are a range of shops including many with outdoor stalls displaying fruit and veg so safe during the day, the hotel had a lift servicing 4 floors but our floor was reached via final flight of stairs and in the hotels roof space. The room was an OK size, clean and comfortable but a bit of a tight squeeze. Our room was quiet so slept weel. IAn adequate cold buffer breakfast was served and was of good quality. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient and would recommend the hotel for an overnight stay if you can handle the night time street 'experience'.
