Very clean and modern interior!
Only one elevator, so lots of waiting time and long queues.

Clean and comfortable bed. Bar area and the breakfast are very good.
The room was a little bit small and very limited area for the clothes. No closed closets.

Fabulous staff - got a very early check-in AND they smoothly organised an extra night for me when BA cancelled my flight (this was during the Euros 2024 and there was a match THAT night in Hamburg so everywhere was full up!)....Fantastic location - could walk everywhere that I wanted to see. Also, very close to a U-Bahn station. Room is clean especially the bathroom which is most important! They also have a nice selection for breakfast and a trendy, clean bar area.
Only a couple of small things....No kettle in room (I'm English!! We do love to be able to make tea at all hours! Its something that is present in almost all motels/hotels in UK). Also, the bathroom door doesn't stay open - had to use the waste basket to keep it open.
