Best value for money in best location.
The only thing I can say is that there isn’t enough light in the room, particularly in the living room area.

Freshly built (or renovated?). Very cozy and well located. Enough space for two adults and two teenagers. Everything fully automated, yet there was a person on duty even on Sunday.
Nothing to think of.

The location was supreme and the area was quiet although close to Portugiese and Spanish restaurants

Location and facilities
When we arrived we were informed that the charge for early check in was 40 euro and that this applies even for 1 hour earlier.

The entire property was beautifully designed and very high quality
The automated arrival process didn't work. My reservation was not recognized and I had to wait over an hour at midnight for someone to let me into my room.

Comfortable and stylish!!!!
Everything you would expect for a self catering unit.
This was like home away from home 🏡 .
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The unit is 100m from the Elbe river where you can get the hop on hop off busses and do a river cruise. Next to the famous St Michel church.

Modern clean and very comfortable room!
Night noise and music - unfortunately, personal don’t do anything. It was horrible night.

Great space. Kitchen was great. Garage in the basement.
Check in procedure after hours a disaster

SUCH a beautiful and detailed place! Every single item they have, from bed sheets to cutlery and hangers, is well thought out and such quality.
The location is even better than I'd hoped because we were visiting during the Europe Cup games, and it turned out to be full of Portugal fans since it is in the Portuguese quarter, after all... it is also within walking distance to the harber, and not far from the old city. It is quiet enough, though.
One more could thing is the Nordic churches across the street, which people can visit, and they have a café and a sauna🙃 costs like 15€ per use, and make sure to check the opening hours.
Honestly, it was such a great stay that I felt bad mentioning it, but we had an issue with our baby's cot when one of the bars was broken and fell into the bed. It could have been really dangerous, but we caught it on time and the staff was so nice and apologetic about it.

The rooms were neat and clean. Amazing bathroom and outdoors space. It had a small kitchen which would be amazing for a longer stay. Comfy beds, great amenities and even an outdoors space.
The area was awesome, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, a short walk from all the tourist attractions. Close to the water area and a park close by if you want to walk your dog.
The self check in didn't work due to some technical issues.
We also forgot our phone in the room after checkout and the worker was quite rude when I came back to pick it up.

The location and neighbourhood is perfect. Portuguese quarter never sleeps even though the rest of the city shuts down around 7-8 pm. Landungsbrücken station is so close, so you can use S1 and U3 lines and reach most of the attractions at once. S1 line also has direct connection to the airport.
We had no problem in check in/out processes, it was super easy. Once we got into the room, it was well designed, modern and well equiped. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenware was beyond enough. The room even had a small balcony/garden access. Wifi and AC works well.
We had minimum need for the staff but when we needed they were helpful. When we checked out, they kept our luggages for a couple of hours.
The pillows are too soft, maybe a little bit harder pillows can be used. Also in the room we stayed (studio apartment), the shower door leaks some water. It can be checked and fixed. In the mornings, restaurant or garbage trucks make some noise but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Excellently located for getting to main sights and to centre. Good restaurants nearby. Extremely well equipped, modern spotless accommodation. Very comfortable bed.
Church opposite had bells which chimed every 15 minutes including though-out the night. There was also a party in the hall opposite which continued until 5am. Very difficult to sleep on Saturday night. Others nights not so much a problem to sleep.

Great location - near Minatur Wunderland. Short walk from U/S Bahn station. Many restaurants and a bakery near by. Comfortable room.
We planned to arrive out of hours but property had not supplied instructions / bar code to gain access to lobby - had to chase for it. Unfortunately the bar code reader didn’t easily recognise the bar code from my iPhone. We had to call up and it was going to take someone 30 mins to come and let us in. Eventually got the bar code to recognise.
Maybe if the property had emailed the code in advance and I had a printed copy it might have worked better.
Also annoying having to complete the registration in the terminal in the foyer - surely we could go this in advance to save time?

A lot of space and quite tidy
Just the instructions for check in after hours was not very clear. No way to open to main entrance and garage. Called the number but no one answered. (it was also raining at the time) Thank goodness some guest let me into the lobby then I was able to get the keys for entrance and parking garage.
Also, our next dooe neighbor walked like an elephant! At the middle of the night, walked up and down the stairs three times! three times! and sounded like he/she was jumping! It woke everyone up 😡 Nothing to do with the property, just needed to get it out

Location.
If you are expecting a normal level of hotel service, this property is not to be recommended.
Nowhere in the description does it mention that the rooms are only cleaned every three days,
and if you would like a daily cleaning it costs an extra €15 a day.
Considering the price of the rooms this is totally unacceptable.
The windows and other glass surfaces in the room were smeared with dirt and hand prints and had obviously not been cleaned in quite a while.
The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the very unfriendly staff.
Upon arrival I asked at the reception desk for assistance with the check-in procedure, which involved a needlessly complicated self check-in machine.
As I slightly criticized the check-in procedure, the staff member told me "Well then, you should have booked a different hotel."
Once again, nowhere in the description on Booking.com does it mention that guests can only check in to the property using a machine, and the complete lack of understanding and rude comments from a staff member have no place in the hospitality industry.
For the level of "service" offered the rooms should be much cheaper, or the lack of service should be clearly written in the hotel description on Booking.com, so that potential guests do not think that they that they are booking a hotel with a normal level of service.

amazing location. parking very easy. rooms were nice. enough space, very comfortable with the balcony. dishwasher perfect for one day use, fridge had more then enough space for a longer stay.
Beds were comfy, and nice speaker.
there was quite some dust flying around. Very visable when you shook the bed or curtains. The curtains let through allot of light so suns up, so are you. and it could use a proper kitchen knife.

We loved the location, it was in a very lively area and so close to the center as well. Room sizes are huge, design is very up to date.
So for cleaning you have pay extra, for a short term stay like we did for 3 days, you have to ask and pay for the room cleaning.

The hotel was extremely comfortable, except that the furniture was designed for TALL people. It's location, about 600 Meter from Landungsbrücken, was great. The street was full with restaurants, bars, Cafes but was still quiet at night.
At 1.6 meters, I could not access the microwave or wall cupboards which contained the cutlery, unless I climbed up using a chair. Perhaps step ladders in the rooms would help?

Location! Handy for all directions to and around the city, harbour, river Elbe.
This is not really a 'dislike', as we would readily stay again - however a few more coffee capsules would have been useful... but it's not a deal breaker at all.

Nice area close to everything
Parking is slightly complicated. Refill of services slightly slow.

Location is great with lots of restaurants and train station nearby
Church bell every half hour. No cutlery.

The apartments are perfect for a longer stay, because they have an excellent kitchenette set up. Very stylish and very functional; a wonderful combination. The beds are comfy. Overall very nice.
To reduce costs they have gone completely digital. You check yourself in at an automatic check-in terminal and when you leave, you check yourself out. There is an office with a person hiding in the back between 8-5 not very interested in dealing with people. Personaly I find that takes a lot away from the luxury of staying in a hotel. What if you're not satisfied with your room? If you need extra shampoo? Nobody to talk to. That savings does not convey to the guest with a room rate of €190 for a double/night.
Re parking: Be careful NOT to park in the public garage across the street - Michel Garage. They charge €20 for each started day plus €5 per night. That translates to €45 for a parking stay from 5pm one day to 11 am the next morning! Very confusing labeling of charges. Rip off.

Nicely designed, well equipped apartment. Very clean, with comfortable bed.
Friendly staff, helped extend booking due to airport strike.
Good WiFi.
Supermarket about two minutes away, but not open Sunday.
Lots of good restaurants and bars.
Brazilian restaurant was amazing.
Very near bus and train links.
The on screen check-in is hopeless. Everyone seemed to have a problem with it. Try and arrive during reception hours.
When room was cleaned after three days as expected to clean sheets and towels were not provided.

Well equipped room, perfect location, information and service to guide you to check-in perfect.
It´s all self-service and no breakfast, but if you´re fine with that, it´s all OK.
