Good location, would stay again!

It's close to the St. Pauli U Bahn. There's a sauna with a shower that was really nice to have access too. The staff were polite and helpful when getting the sauna temperature right. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment decor was very plain and boring. Everything grey.

Wanderful stay in a heart of Hamburg

Centraly located, easy access to the public transport. Walkable distance to lots of attractions. Room was spatious, well equiped, very clean. Staff was pleasent and very helpfull.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location with good value for money

The design of the apartments is contemporary, the equipment provided including a dish washer in the kitchen and a washing machine plus separate drier in the bathroom for clothes. Of course I like the pool being a daily swimmer. There are lots of restaurants in the immediate neighborhood which give a lot of choices for eating out.

I got lucky regarding parking, but parking on the street is not easy to find a legal space to park. The option is to use the hotel parking which is not cheap in my view.

Overall seemed ok but the pool facilities were out of order while there, and thats what we went for

Staff seemed nice and gave off good impressions. We didnt have the breakfast so I cant comment on that, and the location seemed good enough for us.

The main purpose of the stay was to enjoy the hotel facilities, with the main one we were going to use being the pool, so to find this was out of order during our entire stay was disappointing, since we paid more for this specifically and didn't end up getting it at all.

We always return to these apartments and feel like home there.

Great location, nice apartments with everything you need. Supermarket and great restaurants close by. You can walk to the Harbour and St. Pauli.

The price during the particular weekend (Ed Sheeran concert and Schlagermove) was too high and the staff was a little overwhelmed with the crowds. The apartment had a French press, sugar, tea, but no coffee. I don’t mind bringing coffee, but please tell me in advance!

Lovely apartment with big reception room and all the amenities needed, and lovely birthday surprise

It was great having an apartment in a hotel, so you getting best of both worlds. We spent our birthdays in Hamburg which fell over our stay in this hotel and the staff noticed it on booking form and gave us a wonderful surprise of a birthday card and 2 small bottles of processo, so kind :-) thanks

Pity the pool was closed for maintenance over our stay but has to be done so unavoidable. Maybe also good to tell customers that cleaning only done every 3 days when checking in but you can ask for extra cleaning in days inbetween. We only realised in the middle of stay from literature in the room

Great hotel in Hamburg city centre

Great location and spacious room. Breakfast can satisfy every taste and the staff are very polite and helpful. The pool and sauna are a nice add on to relax after exploring the city.

The hotel car parking price is quite expensive and we left our car in another parking.

Very pleasant stay.

I asked for a quiet room and it was indeed very quiet, which I greatly appreciated. I never heard a single door slam or even any sounds from other guests. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen well-stocked and the bathroom clean and bright with great water pressure.

I was somewhat disappointed that the TV offered only German channels with no subtitles whatsoever. I thought this rather surprising for a hotel with international allure. Also, most of the radio stations did not work so there was very little choice. The kitchen was well-equipped but was missing a dishcloth, so I resorted to using the face cloths from the bathroom instead. Although I opted for no room cleaning during my three-night stay, I would have liked to have the coffee pods and little milk cups refreshed daily. As a minor point I would say that the carpet and curtains could definitely do with replacement in nicer colours (blue and white for example) as they looked a bit old and grubby.

Disappointing and expensive experience

The location. Very close to everything

Room quite stinky and the dust present a bit everywhere. Breakfast menu is by far too light for the price asked. We have been to other Adina hotels in the past and level was much higher with lower prices (Berlin for instance)

A great stopover for a short city break.

Great location, adequate equipment, possibility of sauna and swimming pool, friendly service.

Maybe a little better ventilation for the hotter days in the bathroom and hallways. All elevators should be operational during peak hours. (Neither circumstance was a problem for us.)

They were flexible and nice :)

They gave us super nice vegan breakfast after we requested in person. We really felt welcome with out diet. They were also very flexible with check-out times and generally everything we asked for. :)

Communication through the app was not the same vibe/efficiency as when we were talking in person. Also, we assumed they will not clean our room, if we arrive with a dog, but they did. This should be more explicit! Most dogs could feel threatened by a stranger entering to clean!

Quality stay close to the historic centre.

Excellent location in a quiet area close to the historic centre and river landings, very friendly and helpful staff and 24/7 reception service. Fully equipped rooms with kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bedding. Sauna and pool for relaxing on a rainy afternoon.

Quite expensive, especially 40 euros per day for a parking space in the garage seems a bit too much.

Great location, huge flat with excellent kitchenette- you could stay here quite a long while, but it worked great for a short break too. Supermarket nearby and the district is nice for a stroll. You get to enjoy a quieter, greener city than the more famous areas but it's very easy to access those areas too.

Great location, excellent facilities, comfy beds, and very clean place.

The room is great for family of 5, and the facilities are excellent. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, easy to fine, and close to many attractions. Metered parking is just in the front of the property.

While the space for metered parking is limited, the daily charge for secured parking provided by the Hotel (on the basement) is expensive.
