Parking could have been better. But I must say it’s due to space limitation, so the hotel is not at fault here.

Nice for mosquitoes

Nice place to stay in the lounge, nice lounge area.

The rooms are without a/c or ventilation. When you open windows you get tons of mosquitoes. The hotel doesn't have anti-mosquitoes means. The night was terrible ((

A convenient stopover on a motorbike trip

Quirky. Old building but modern inside. Location to city Centre good.

Receptionist, not very friendly. Very abrupt at check-in. I asked if I could have a look at the menu for the restaurant and she said “ oh, have you not booked? I have one table which I cannot reserve so if somebody has sat there it may not be available “, so I said that’s fine I’ll go somewhere else. When we return to the hotel later most of the tables are free anyway. So just her attitude lost them some potential business. A bit disappointing really considering the hotel was really nice.

Great atmosphere in green part of Hamburg. Room and bathroom were nicely clean. Staff were helpful, especially as my wife had leg injury at the time. Breakfast products were of a great quality.

It is a fair way from the centre if you need to get to the city, but not the hotels fault here.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff super friendly and very accommodating. We were visiting our daughter and her in-laws.

The beam in our room we believe is structural, but worried we might bump our head when we got in and out of the bed. Never happened. :)

The room was great, very spacious and nice looking. Very comfy bed and pillows, really appreciate that. Bathroom also spacious, with 2 sinks, great for a couple. Nice patio (though we did not use it due to weather). The hotel staff are very nice, friendly and make you feel welcome. Breakfast food quality was very good, also good breakfast service. Limited parking spaces in the yard, as the hotel has a very popular restaurant, however there is free parking on the adjacent streets and it was easy to find free spots.

I am nit picking, but the sound isolation from the room to the hallway could be better. In the morning, you can hear the foot traffic and noise from other guests and the staff walking by. Ventilation could also be better. That said, I'd still happily stay here again.

Amazing breakfast, with attention to every detail. Tasty coffee, egg dishes made fresh for every guest, a great selection of baked goods, meats, veggies and fruit. Cosy interiors, high quality bed sheets and fluffy towels.

Beautiful, authentic boutique hotel in a quiet residential suburb of HH

very quiet location in a resident al area a bit far from town , but if you look for a cosy boutique hotel with great food and a beautiful atmosphere this is your place. Food is excellent, rooms are cosy, modern and fully euqipped

this was not my first stay here and usually the staff is amazing. this time the restaurant staff were a bit arrogant and unfriendly (had to fight for a place inside altough all was free. the explanation was that the staff has a too far way to walk if I am inside,... I would not have expected this here, as the food prices and the restaurant standard is pretty high. still i will come back again, it probably was only a bad day of one of the staff...

Breakfast was delicious. The room design was very nice and the balcony was also very cosy.

I have booked two rooms with asking the rooms next to each other, but they could not managed it despite of correspondence. They explained it as a communications failure via Booking.com. Unfortunately there was no place for dinner in the restaurant. We should have to book a table as a hotel guest as well, but since we arrived from Norway with driving all the day it would have been difficult to reserve a table for a specific time.

It has a very unique atmosphere, wood everywhere. The area it's in is a green and peaceful part of Hamburg. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a little confusing to find. If you go along the street, you won't see anything like "Landhaus Flottbek Hotel", instead you'll see the attached restaurant, Hygge. The bed was a little uncomfortable because one side was facing a wall directly. There were separate rooms for the shower and toilet, both rooms side by side. The odd thing is that there was one door that was shared by both rooms, which meant you couldn't close both, for example if one person had to use the toilet while another person showers. At some point we smelled cigarette smoke or something very like it, which was very unpleasant.

Fabulous design hotel in a quiet area of Hamburg

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. Everything was top notch. The room was wonderfully designed and quite cool even though I could not spot a central AC (heatwave). Breakfast that did cost extra 25e was to die for, do not skip it. Just go there if you're staying in Hamburg and have ability to drive around for seeing other places. Elbe river shore was like a 2 km walk away, otherwise it is just a rural small home area.

Sound isolation in rooms could have been a bit better; it did quiet down in the night so no problem. The room was perhaps on purpose quite dark. And with breakfast the total price was on the high end, but still well worth it.
