The stay at the hotel was quite nice even if some point could be improved.

The hotel was very good in term of reception. Everybody was friendly and breakfast was good.

The wifi connection was very slow, impossible to work at the hotel. In the Bedroom, nothing to warm some water like a single kettle. On the TV, no english channels for no german people.

It was okay, but not a happy camper.

I was able to stay in the lobby to be on the internet the day after to do what I needed to do on my computer.

The WIFI was terrible, and I complaint to get a discount because of that, but the manager was agreeing to that, which I found absurd, when I paid close to 80 Euros for a room, and the internet is not working. Breakfast was sub-standard too and not that exciting.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Stadtviertel Hamburgs

Die Lage war gut für uns, da wir mit dem ÖPNV spät anreisten. Bushaltestellen und ein Supermarkt in wenigen hundert Metern Entfernung und ein gutes asiatisches Restaurant genau gegenüber, sowie die Möglichkeit auch nach den Rezeptionszeiten, also nach 20.00 Uhr, anzureisen boten uns die Chance, einen schönen ersten Abend zu erleben. Die Besonderheit der Unterkunft, dass es sich um mehrere, nahe beieinander liegende Häuser handelt (Frühstück und Rezeption im Haupthaus, Unterkünfte im Restaurantgebäude, gegenüber und neben dem Haupthaus liegende weitere Gebäude) bieten eine Vielfalt von Möglichkeiten. Die in und am Rand eines Wohngebietes liegenden Unterkünfte sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und ausreichend groß, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, der Kaffee gut, der Frühstücksraum einladend und das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren in der oberen Etage untergebracht und der Aufstieg durch das Treppenhaus hat uns ein wenig ermüdet. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir beim Buchen schon darauf achten, ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss oder der ersten Etage zu buchen. Wir nahmen es sportlich und es hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Kleines Hotel abseits der Hauptstraße

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, abseits der Hauptstraße und doch gut erreichbar. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Gästehaus ca. 80m entfernt, aber ok. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage, enge Einfahrt oder vorm Hotel. Wir hatten Glück mit einem Stellplatz vorm Hotel. In Hamburg waren wir nur mit S- und U- Bahn unterwegs.

Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal

Im Zimmer waren die Duschwand kaputt, im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab, zudem waren in der Toilette Verschmutzungen, die wohl nicht mehr zu entfernen waren durch mangelnde Reinigung. Diese müsste erneuert werden. Generell gab es staubige Ecken.

Schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Man musste in den 2. Stock ohne Aufzug gehen, die Handtücher im Bad müffelten im feuchten Zustand, ein neben dem Bett an der Wand befestigtes Schränkchen ist fast lose. Der Teppich ist sehr alt und war nicht richtig gesaugt

Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten, für mich perfekte Lage. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

War für uns perfekt

Obwohl das Hotel nicht mehr das allerneuste ist, ist alles sauber, die Dusche hat Wumms und das Frühstück war für den Preis völlig ok. Ein Bus zur SBahn hält vor der Tür, wir waren schnell in der Hafencity, unser Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage des Hotels lassen-kostenlos!! Wir waren für eine Nacht nach einer Geburtstagsfeier da und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Die Betten waren für uns ein bisschen zu weich, aber das ist ja auch immer Geschmackssache.Die Zimmer sind nicht die modernsten und eine kleine Flasche Wasser neben den zwei Gläsern auf dem Schreibtisch wäre schön gewesen (gibt aber unten einen Automaten, an dem man sich eines holen kann, wenn man kein Leitungswasser mag). Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau - das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

WLAN?

Ich hatte Zimmer 60 im Nebenhaus - ohne funktionierendes WLAN. Vielleicht hatte es technische Gründe, die bei anderen Geräten nicht vorliegen, leider konnte man mir nicht helfen (WLAN- Servicefirma verlangt Anmeldung mit persönlichen Daten, doch ich bekam keine Möglichkeit, diese einzugeben). Im Frühstücksraum war der WLAN Empfang tadellos. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Kaffee schmeckte sehr gut. Der Fernseher hatte zwar über 20 Sender, doch ARTE und die meisten dritten Programme waren nicht darunter. Hin und wieder unterbrach die Übertragung. Ich war im Sommer hier zu einer Zeit größerer Hotelnachfrage, und ich war froh, überhaupt noch ein bezahlbares Zimmer bekommen zu haben. Insoweit war ich zufrieden, mehr aber auch nicht.

KATASTROPHALE Hygiene in den Bädern und WC.Gesungheitsgefährdung!

Die Mitarbeiter sn der Rezeption waren sehr bemüht.

Wir sind 3 Zimmer mit dem Housekeeping abgegangen im dritten Zimmer habe ich um Nachbesserung der Reinigung des Bades und WC gebeten, jedoch wurde dies nicht gemacht. Überall Schimmel an allen Ecken in der Dusche und die Toilette mit Klobürste waren mit Fekalienspritzern voll. Das Problem war, dass jede der 3 Zimmer das gleiche Problem im Bad hatten. Mängel der Hygiene sind augenscheinlich und auch mit bloßem Auge sichtbar. Einfach katastrophal! Habe nichtmal gefrühstückt! Obwohl bezahlt!
