Overall, our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and we would gladly return.

Excellent value for money, very clean, smooth check-in, and a good breakfast. Our family really enjoyed the stay and would especially recommend this place if you arrive by car.

On-site secured parking garage is available but not affiliated with the hotel and a separate fee applies. The entrance is hard to find and verbal directions alone may confuse first-time visitors. A small map or clear instructions would be very helpful.

Very good.

Comfy beds. Clean, with chill people working there. Repetitive breakfast but it was good. Paid parking but if you struggle a bit you will find a spot to park on the streets across the road if you don’t want to pay 20 Euros per day. Far from the center but we had a rented car and this was not an issue for us.

There was no closet to place the clothes. I had to pay extra 5 Euros per day city tax even if in the reservation it was written that all taxes are included in the price. Cash is not accepted for drinks/food. Empty bottle of shower gel.

Preis-Leistung absolut top.

Unkomplizierter Check-In Das Ambiente des Hotels war sehr angenehm. Das Thema Flughafen ist in allen Bereichen integriert. Das wirklich sehr nette Personal geht direkt auf Wünsche ein. Ein gut sortierter Rewe Supermarkt liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Leider wurde nicht so oft nachgelegt.

Neues sauberes Zimmer. Klein und dennoch genug Platz für alles. Zimmereinrichtung und Beleuchtungskonzept haben uns gut gefallen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Schallisolierung. Eigentlich alles 10/10, wenn das Frühstück auch die vegane Ernährungsweise berücksichtigen würde. Schöner offener Lobby-Bar-Bereich.

Frühstück: Kein veganer Aufschnitt, keine veganer Joghurt, kein veganer Aufstrich (abgesehen von Marmelade), kein veganes warmes Angebot. Das ist nicht zeitgemäß und stark verbesserungswürdig. Buchung ohne Frühstück war leider nicht möglich.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt, um Familie zu besuchen.

Die Lage war super, um meinen Sohn zu besuchen. Frühstück ok, könnte aber mehr Auswahl haben. toll bis 11 Uhr! Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Nett war eine Tüte mit Schokolade zu Weihnachten. Bequeme Betten.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so toll, die Tiefgaragenplätze recht teuer, warum gibt es für Hotelgäste keinen Sondertarif, wo sollen wir denn hin mit dem Auto? Durch die Feiertage konnten wir vorne rechts bei Airbus parken,(normalerweise 20 min. für Besucher) vor der Tür waren die paar Parkplätze schnell weg, Halteverbot von Montag bis Freitag! Das gewünschte 2-Bett-zimmer bekamen wir erst auf Nachfragen, angeblich hatte ich ein Handicap-zimmer bestellt.?? Frische Handtücher erst auf Nachfragen, Service wohl erst am 3.Tag, wussten wir nicht, wurde nicht kommuniziert. Wenn man gegen 10 zum Frühstück kommt, ist alles trocken, der Käse rollte sich am Rand schon hoch. Obstsalat wurde nicht aufgefüllt, die nächsten Tage war er wohl dann aus. Außer Äpfeln gab es nichts frisches, ne Mandarine oder Orange wäre zur Abwechslung toll gewesen. Ich finde das nicht schlimm, Besteck und servietten mir selber zu holen, aber man hätte die Tische auch vorher schon richten können und später auch mal abräumen und abwischen. Kein Kleiderschrank, zum Glück genug Bügel an der Garderobe. Zimmer zur Straße, zum Glück durch die Feiertage nicht so viel Verkehr.

Das Moxy - eine gelungene Ergänzung des Hotelangebots in Finkenwerder

Die Lage nahe des Airbus-Haupttors ist perfekt für Geschftsreisende. Bushaltestelle ist dicht babei, so dass Anreise mit ÖPNV gut möglich ist. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt & ein Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot sind "um die Ecke". DIe Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und tadellos sauber. Das Hotel hat erst seit 15.09.2025 geöffnet. Die rezeption ist durchgehend besetzt.

Es gibt eine kleines Verbesserungspotential: statt eines Hockers wäre eine richtiger Stuhl im Zimmer zum Arbeiten besser - oder man geht in den großzügigen EIngangs-/Frühstücks-/Barbereich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Katastrophe! Frühstückszeit von 6:30-10:30uhr und vor 9 Uhr bereits keine Brötchen mehr, beim Aufschnitt und anderen Sachen sah es nicht besser aus. Hier Bedarf es noch einer besseren Planung und Umsetzung...

Sauberes, neues Hotel, etwas abgelegen

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren super. Das Zimmer war gut, das Bett bequem, alles sauber und nichts auszusetzen. Ruhige Lage des Hotels, Parkmöglichkeiten nur wenn man Glück hat in den Seitenstraßen.

Wenn der Elbtunnel gesperrt ist, braucht man leider eine ganze Weile bis in die Innenstadt oder in unserem Fall 45 min zur Barclays Arena... Das Parkhaus müsste etwas günstiger sein für diese Lage, da auch nicht viele Auswahl an ÖPNV in der Nähe ist.

Schlechter Service an der Rezeption und Lärm durch die Entwässerung

Die Lage direkt an der Elbe ist ganz schön, aber die Erreichbarkeit eingeschränkt, da abends oft der Fährverkehr eingeschränkt ist. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist Geschmackssache aber für den Preis angemessen.

Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, man verlässt sich darauf, dass die Gäste online einchecken. Für meine korrekte Hotelrechnung musste ich erst im Nachgang mehrere Telefonate führen, weil diese natürlich auch nur automatisiert und dann zunächst falsch ausgestellt worden war. In der Rechnung stand zunächst nur der Betrag für die Tourismustaxe. Das können viele andere Hotels in Hamburg besser und mit weniger Stress für die Hotelgäste. Die Bäder sind mit einer Unterdruckentwässerung ausgestattet, die bei Nutzung der Toilette, des Waschbecken und der Dusche stets einen ziemlichen Lärm verursacht, diese Geräusche sind leider auch für die benachbarten Hotelzimmer hörbar. Der Hotelflur ist ein wenig gruselig, weil in schwarz gehalten.

Abenteuerlicher Samstagabend 🤗

Neue eröffnetes, modernes Hotel in der Nähe des Airbus Geländes. Sehr freundlicher Empfang am Abend. Zweckmäßiges "schnörkelloses" Zimmer und kleines Bad mit Dusche. Bequemes Doppelbett mit beeindruckender, indirekter Beleuchtung, falls man nachts zur Toilette muss. Das Zimmer hat durchaus unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 150 ist ca. 200 m entfernt. Ungefähr. 7 Haltestellen sind es bis zur Fähre62 nach Finkenwerder. (Tagesticket 7,80 € oder Gruppenticket 15,60 € für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, einschließlich Fähre, nutzen). Überfahrt u.a. Richtung Blankenese oder Landungsbrücken dauert ca. 15 bzw. 35 Minuten, sehr lohnenswert! Das italienische Restaurant neben dem Moxy besticht durch sehr freundliche Servicekräfte und Qualität der Speisen.

Die Situation beim Frühstück war eine "Katastrophe". Zu wenige, total überforderte, bedauernswerte Servicekräfte. Nicht abgeräumte Tische. Das Buffet wurde nur sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt. Das fehlen von Brötchen, Rührei, Butter ect. verursachte mindestens 10 minütige Warteschlangen. Somit würde die Erwartungen an das Frühstück leider verfehlt. Der Café Crema und der Cappuccino waren sehr gut und damit das Highlight des Frühstücks.

Kein geschultes Personal beim CheckIn

Bis auf die Checkin-Dame alles sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wobei das bei ihr auch gilt, aber sie hätte gleich sagen können dass sie es nicht kann und nicht so lange falschprobieren bis gar nix mehr geht.

Einchecken. Mehrfach hat die Dame die falsche Kartenart (Kreditkarte, obwohl man gesagt hat man zahlt mit EC) beim Zahlen ausgewählt, so dass es dann aufgrund mehrfacher Eingaben der Pin dazu kam, dass die Karte nicht mehr genutzt werden könnte. 2. Zimmer: man Bucht ein 4 Bettzimmer für 3 Erwachsene und 1 17-jährigen und erhält ein winziges Zimmer, in welchem es nicht mal genug Möglichkeiten gibt nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ebenso war nicht bekannt, dass 2 Leute letztendlich auf Matratzen auf dem Boden schlafen müssen. Bietet keine 4-Bettzimmer an, wenn ihr sie nicht habt. Ich war bisher immer sehr zufrieden mit Moxy, aber das war schon echt grenzwertig, besonders die Inkompetenz beim Check-in. Es wurde weder ein Ausweisdokument verlangt, noch ein Nachweis dass es wirklich die eigene Buchung ist. Es gab keinen Begrüßungsdrink, kannte ich bisher so. Auch ein Fön im Zimmer fehlte.

Schönes neues Hotel mit potential. Ein paar Sachen lief noch nicht reibungslos. Wir können es trotzdem empfehlen.

Schöne neue Zimmer mit tollem Lichtkonzept, sehr modern, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, Bus-H vor der Tür, Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe.

- Das Frühstück war an einem Tag sehr chaotisch. Gegen 9 Uhr waren alle Teller, Tassen, Brötchen, Brote, Rühreier usw. ausgegangen. Das Personal kam mit dem Auffüllen nicht hinterher. Manches gab es an diesem Tag gar nicht mehr. Einige Gäste sind sogar ohne Frühstücken wieder gegangen. Leider konnte auch am nächsten Tag nicht alles nachbestellt werden (kein Nutella, keine Erdbeermarmelade, keine Butter mehr vorhanden), obwohl direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt ist – dort hätte man für die paar Tage problemlos Nachschub organisieren können. Sehr schade, denn ansonsten wäre das Buffet wirklich sehr gut gewesen. - Am zweiten Tag wurde unser Zimmer nur halb gemacht; alle benutzten Handtücher wurden liegen gelassen. - Längere Fahrt in die Innenstadt (das wussten wir aber) - Teure Drinks in der Hotel-Lobby

Sehr schön

Sehr nett. Ein gutes und leckeres Frühstück. Die waren extrem flexibel, obwohl wir trotz „ Late check in „ nur um 00:30 gekommen sind ( wegen Konzert und Stau). Der Mitarbeiter extrem nett und freundlich, eigentlich alle waren sehr freundlich.
