Very good hotel if you are going to a concert

The hotel is quite new. The room is fine i guess they need to have a proper towels Handels and a bin. Above our bed is a wood design where there’s a lot of little needles out it’s quite dangerous specially when you lay close to the wooden board. The staffs are friendly specially the girl who gave us free coffee because they couldn’t accommodate more breakfast. Tje staff needs to remove the needles to prevent the accident.

liked our stay very much - booked it for a production stay, staff was VERY nice and friendly! hotel bar was amazing - cleanliness can be improved, there were hair in the shower drain from other people - also no coffee maker

The quality of services is not good. The first room was not cleaned properly as the trash bin in the room was not emptied. After changing the room, the heating system did not work so it was as cold as the beginning of November. The breakfast was not as we expected from such Hotel. Just good as a one night stay to participate our aimed event in Barclays arena.
