There were no blinds on the window next to the bed, making naps during the day more difficult. Also, the property in front of the hotel smelled of semen after an adult party.

Disappoitment

The rooms are pretty.

We came to the hotel and there was no one at the reception. After ringing a bell we waited for a few minutes for the receptionist to arrive. It was extremely difficult to communicate with her since she didn't speak english. When we tried to pay with a maestro card, we couldn't because she had no idea how to operate with the pos terminal. So we had to drive around town for more than half an hour to find an atm. The room seemed nice at first but the towels and bedsheets were dirty/not washed properly. It was also pretty cold since there was no heating which is unusual for this time of year (end of october).

Ghost place close to railway

I booked 2 hours in advance, arrived at 8 pm and the place was shut down and dark. The worst nightmare for a traveler!! This “hotel” It’s situated on a blind edge in an industrial zone, the trains running just outside the window. No lights, no parking sign. I rang the bell for a while, in despair was thinking to call Booking, then a couple popped out from the dark, they had not checked their phone and didn’t know anything about my booking. The hotel was 100% empty, but I had to crawl 4 flights of stairs, as “the small rooms at at 4 floor”. Simply idiot with an empty hotel. Moreover the “room” had a toilet on the floor level and a bed on the hem, so I had to crawl up and down for toilet, water and so on. The couple didn’t turned on the radiator, didn’t explained how to get some warm. I felt asleep only because I was exhausted, wrapped in the blanket, but run away at 6 am. DON’T BOOK THIS NIGHTMARE. You’d better sleep in your car, it’s warm and you’ll save your money (it wasn’t cheap either, btw)

Pretty cool.

Easy to reach location, not too far from a train station. the people were all nice, and also the roof Terrace was a really cool ad-on.

There were a few spots where you could have easily fallen off the roof terrace. If you were not carefull. Some floors were creaky and it was a bit loud, but that was to be expected.

Katastrophal !

Es hat uns absolut nichts gefallen. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten.

Dieses sogenannte Hotel ist einfach nur eine Absteige. Es ist nicht zu fassen, was uns angeboten wurde. Ein vollkommen durchgelegenes Doppelbett in einem Zimmer, das einmal als Bar genutzt wurde. Der komplette Bartresen stand im Raum. Das Bad gehörte offensichtlich früher zu einer Sauna, die sich direkt neben diesem Barbereich befand und nun außer Betrieb war. Das Waschbecken war undicht, die Armaturen rostig, in Fliesenfugen konnte man Schimmel sehen, Fliesen waren abgeplatzt und an der Decke waren Spuren von Wasserschäden, die auf die Reparatur warten. Deckenstrahler hingen rausgerissen von der Decke herab. Wie so ein Objekt überhaupt gelistet werden kann ist mir ein Rätsel . Es atmet überall Verkommenheit. Vermutlich sagt man sich die Gäste bleiben eh nur für eine Nacht wegen der Nähe zu den Arenen, aber trotzdem ist und bleibt es eine Zumutung in einem solchen Objekt zu übernachten.

Die Lage wäre in Ordnung gewesen

Es gab kein Personal vor Ort. Das Zimmer hat gerochen, als wäre kurz vorher da eine Party gefeiert worden Latten am Bett waren gesplittert Leder Sofa durchgesessen und vom Bezug her kaputt gewesen Wände teilweise dreckig, ich will nicht wissen mit was… Keine Deckenlampe im Schlaf Bereich gewesen. Diese ganzen Sachen haben meiner Partnerin und mir ein Unwohlsein beschert und wir sind sofort abgereist, bzw. Haben uns ein anderes Hotel gebucht… Geldverschwendung

Das Zimmer war mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen eingerichtet.

Eine Info, dass man Zug und Fluglärm 24/7 hat, wäre schön gewesen. Und die laute Musik bis 4 Uhr morgens, wo man gerne vorher eine schriftliche Info erhalten hätte.

Gruselig, nie wieder!!!

Wir waren u. a. zu einem Konzert. Die Nähe zur Barclay Arena und zum S-Bahnhof Stellingen war super und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist lobenswert, aber das war auch schon alles.

Beim Check in war niemand da, Hotel abgeschlossen, Personal nur über Telefon erreichbar. Das Zimmer/Bett war nicht fertig. Mit dem Hinweis, man müsse das Bettzeug selber aus dem Schrank holen, musste dann das Kissen auch noch selber bezogen werden. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Schnelles Internet ist eine Lüge, kein Internet vorgefunden. Das ganze Hotel incl. Zimmer riecht nach merkwürdigem "Rauch", Hinweis auf Raucherhotel fehlte??? Das Schlimmste aber, Schlaf gibts in dieser Unterkunft nur nach völliger Erschöpfung. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Fr+Sa. Beide Nächte fanden im Haus laute Partys von 23.00-3.00 Uhr und 22.00-9.00 Uhr statt mit monotonem Bum, bum, bum....Phsychoterror....unglaublich, dass solche Hotels bei Booking angeboten werden. Service am Kunden und Wohlfühlen sieht anders aus, wir haben eindeutig zu viel bezahlt für diese nicht zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

Kein Kontakt zu Personal, noch nie so eine schlechte und alte Matratze gehabt, Schlaf war nicht möglich, extreme Lautstärke und Party im Haus (was man vorher wusste aber nicht kommunizierte)

Für ein bis vier Nächte eine adäquate Unterkunft

Die Lage ist gut, um die Barclays Arena zu erreichen; zu Fuß eine gute halbe Stunde; mit dem Shuttle Bus nur 5 Minuten. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind großzügig . Die Fenster zur Bahn sind schallisoliert.

Das Bad war auf den ersten Blick so gut wie neu, aber dann war die Klospülung schwach und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Eine Duschkabinentür war ausgehakt. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist zwar toll, aber nachts ist der Lärm störend. Außerdem fand im EG eine Party statt, die Musik war bis in den dritten Stock zu hören bis in die Nacht.

Alles notwendige ist im Zimmer vorhanden, man kann sich gut betun. Eine ansprechende und interessante Zimmergestaltung (nach Themenbereichen, erinnerte etwas an eine Kunstgalerie), Nähe zum Volkspark ist super.

Es hing beim Eintreffen ein sehr seltsamer, nicht definierbarer Geruch im Zimmer, der sich aber nach einiger Zeit zum Glück durch Lüften etwas legte. Im Bad war in einem kleinen Mülleimer noch der Müll von vorherigen Gästen und merkwürdige Flecken an Decke und Boden, vermutlich von einem Wasserschaden?

Eine Nacht ist okay....

perfekte Lage zu Barclaysarena/Volksparkstadion Shuttlebus Haltestelle 5Gehminuten entfernt Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden

wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Südseite, keine Möglichkeit querzulüften, der Ventilator nutzt relativ wenig das "Zimmer" kann wohl auch als Partylocation (in Fortsetzung des Abends nach dem Clubbesuch im Haus) genutzt werden, es gibt eine Bar, entsprechend Sitzgelegenheiten auch auf der großen Terasse, einen großzügigen Sauna-/Badbereich mit offener Dusche etc.

Absolut ausreichendes Hotel für 1/2 Nächte um zur Arena zu gehen.

Beim Check in angerufen, damit jemand zur Rezeption kommt, ging sehr fix. Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Dachterasse auf dem 4 Stock war unser Highlight. Bei gutem Wetter kann man es sich dort gut gehen lassen. Zimmer war sauber. Wasserkocher und kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Zur Arena ging’s zu Fuß super schnell. Am Hotel kann man einfach kostenfrei parken. Für ein Konzert Besuch perfekt. Völlig ausreichend und super Lage.

Für 2 Nächte zum schlafen ok

Mit der SBahn gut zu erreichen. Zum HBF ca 25 min. Reeperbahn/ Landungsbrücken ca 15 min

Hotel sehr hellhörig. Im unteren Bereich ist irgendwie ein Russen Club der um 3 Uhr noch sehr laute Musik spielte. Wir waren 4 Stock - ohne Aufzug- und hatten immer noch den Geräuschpegel - möchte nicht im 1 Stock gewesen sein.
