Arcade Hotel & Hostel Hamburg

Good location close to the Barclays Arena, Volksparkstadion, buses and Stellingen S-Bahn. Convenient parking behind the building. Comfortable beds, very clean. Our room faced the back/ parking lot and it was very quiet, no noise from the street. We had silent neighbours, too. No problems with shared toilets, very clean and no queues, at least during our stay. The coffee in the fully automatic coffee machine was delicious.

Everything was fine. If we would really try to find something, it probably would be that the messages through booking are answered only during the time their reception is open, so no answer until the next day if you have a question after 3 pm.

Amazing value for the money. Our place was clean and comfortable offering everything we needed - except maybe a small shower gel and no hand soap, but for the price it was really good. You can buy food and coffee 24/7 at the hostel and people working there were really nice.

The staff was very friendly, we arrived earlier and they the staff was friendly to allow us into the room. It was very helpful as we arrived via overnight train... Our stay was pleasant and the check in and check out was fast and easy...

The toilets are separate from the room and bathroom, but that wasn't too much of a problem.

There was a shower in the room and there was breakfast and fairly cheap snack machines. Really easy - any time - check in. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was too expensive and had only the most basic ingredients. There were only two sets of toilets for about 10 rooms and they were quite far down the hallway. You can hear the neighbours showers running, it did not bother me, but it might others.
