Comfortable stay close to public transport...

The staff was very friendly, we arrived earlier and they the staff was friendly to allow us into the room. It was very helpful as we arrived via overnight train... Our stay was pleasant and the check in and check out was fast and easy...

The toilets are separate from the room and bathroom, but that wasn't too much of a problem.

Friendly staff:) they put another mattress in the room for us when we needed room for another person

The roomy are quite small and have no private toilet but it was absolutely doable for a few nights as we just came back to the hotel for sleep

Easy checkin, easy to find on google maps. Nice and clean rooms. Comfy bed.

Perhaps not the thickest walls... and a little bit funny that you first stepin to the bathroom whilst entering the room. But worked good as an extra isolation from people walking in the corridor thought. Parkingspace was quite difficult to find, but we found one in the neighbourhood eventually and could walk x minutes back to the hostel.

I'd rather have a toilet than shower in the room. Breakfast too expensive.

There was a shower in the room and there was breakfast and fairly cheap snack machines. Really easy - any time - check in. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was too expensive and had only the most basic ingredients. There were only two sets of toilets for about 10 rooms and they were quite far down the hallway. You can hear the neighbours showers running, it did not bother me, but it might others.

Enjoyed my return stay

This is the 2nd time I stayed here, and everything was just as good as before. I found a clean, nicely decorated room with a pleasant bed and shower again and the staff did their best to make me feel welcome. Breakfast with all the basics was served in a pretty, tranquil room. The value for money was great and if you want to stay in this part of Hamburg, this is a good choice.

pls do not enter my room. I did not hang "Do not disturb" card, because I forgot to hang, I does not mean that you are allowed to open my room. You only can open my room If I hang card but turn it back.

Disappointing

The place is situated in good location which you can go everywhere easily. Also around is quiet and general population on the hotel area are kind and helpful.

We came to this hotel since so many years but this year their breakfast and their breakfast options are low and not good ; but on our previous stay everything was good. Same with cleaning ( not so bad but not so good also) and they turned to working till 14.00 ; after that when you come you must get your keys from the box outside the hotel with credit card. When try to ask something ; you can't find someone. It was cold also and no any remedy for this. But the lady on last day helped us so much ; thanks to her. If it was the hotel when we saw almost 4 years ago lastly ; i can advice a good place of staying. But now i can advise only as the place to stay only 1 day ( 2 day most) if you have urgent business and you look a place just to stay.

It ok if you want to spend one or two nights to visit Hambourg but no more.

Everything is automated for the check-in, the room are small but clean.

Lack of insonorisation, you can hear everything, especially people taking shower from the next room
