Visited family and the location was good to connect with bus and S bahn . Easy access to city center and airport . It is so easy to navigate Hamburg with its trains and buses . Just a wonderful place to visit . The hotel serves a buffet breakfast which keeps you going well into the afternoon , Check in and check out are so easy .

The only negative thing about this hotel is that the Air conditioner in the room was completely useless, but the staff was wonderful and supplied us with a fan and unlocked the opening of the windows so they could be completely opened up, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay at and we would definitely choose this place again 😁

The staff completely missed the concept of hospitality. We arrived in the evening and reminded the receptionist that we had some loyalty advantages throug Hotels.com. He dismissed it as he did not get an e-mail about that. We showed him the confirmation that we had, in Danish, but he still dismissed it. His idea was that we, as his guests, would somehow get in contact with Hotels.com at 9pm to get a confirmation on what was already included. We gave up and left to our room. Next day at check-out, to our amazement, the new receptionist continued to argue how the hotel did not have any responsibility for the offering. Not once did the staff suggest to investigate and come back to us. We never received our benefits as promised when we booked.

Everything was perfect! The hotel crews were nice, the breakfast had various selections and delicious and the room was super clean. I was worried about the bed bug problem but there was nothing! It takes 20mins by bus to access central Hamburg and this area was quite calm and quiet. Also bus comes every 10mins so you can easily access to popular sightseeing spots. The parking lot is right next to the hotel so we didn't have to look for it! It was super convenience. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I have another chance to come back!

I’ve stayed in quite a few Leonardo hotels and this is really impressive. The reception staff are quick and personable. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. I also had the breakfast which had an extensive choice and was well worth the price. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great, 2 dining experiences and a visit in the bar were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room („superior room“) was very small, nothing superior about it! However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The only thing that was terrible was housekeeping. They did not really clean, they just made the bed and replaced the towels when needed. When the tissues were out in the bathroom they were not replaced. One evening I came back and the coffee cup was in the fridge! What were they doing in the room??
