Close to train stations, comfortable and clean rooms but definitely lives up to the budget name.

Room was very clean, staff were friendly and location was close to train links and not far out from the main city

Appreciate its a budget hotel but the room felt a little like an en suite prison cell and the corridors felt like walking through a self storage facility. Our room had a bunk bed over the main bed which we didnt request or need. The TV had buttons for netflix and youtube but were not compatible or hooked up with either. There were also no drawers, cupboards or facilities to make a simple tea or coffee in the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location near public transport, affordable price.

Very poor sound insulation (everything from the corridor is heard in the room), sink and shower are inside the room, only one “8-in-1” gel provided instead of normal toiletries. The worst – the hotel charged a €57.60 deposit at check-in and didn’t refund it on time. I got my money back only after a long dispute through Booking.

Terrible experience

If you are doing late check-in please be aware, you could have the same problem like me: I had a series of problems when checking in: the machine only showed my room number of a very few of time which I can’t even take a photo. And after it showed one time, I can’t get access to it anymore. It was so ridiculous. I have to book another room that night. Later when I ask for proper compensation for the incident, the staff was remorse and low-efficient. I can’t even get a proper explanation and reply after nearly a month of my trip

Couldnt sleep longer on Sunday due to the extreme loud houskeepers

Housekeeping makes so much noise it was impossible to sleep from 7:30 am on! The always every day had video calls whit friends and family during the room cleaning on high volume!

Worst hotel experience I ever had.

It was literally one of the poorest hotel experiences I have ever had. First that immediately comes to your eyes are blankets, bed sheets, pillowcases, etc. all heavily worn out and not washed well. You get to see how some parts of it got shabby yellow parts, that really look like dirty. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, he said - "that's the normal style hotel uses".. very weird style, to have old, worn out and badly washed materials, having blanket cover and bed sheet different colours; All the hotel and rooms as well have some highly-concentrated toxic moist and very specific smell of it spread in the air, which made me cough all days I spent there. Both, moist and smell, I think, are produced by some very low quality cleaning chemicals and no ventilation or air conditioning at all; Yes, no ventilation, any kind of air conditioning or proper climate control in the rooms, except opening your window, which can be not enough and which can be bringing many unwanted things, like noise from the street, having city humid getting into room, etc.; No wardrobe, no hair dryer, nothing for elementary comfort; Some pretty cheap and tiny disposable soaps, without any container or soap dish. So, after using soap, you have to put it naked, wherever you wish...; Literally dirty towels, even the newly provided ones were dirty (with old stains, unwashed new stains (that I could wash myself), etc.); Extremely small rooms, with everything very little space and poor quality; Bathroom is just a 1sq/m thing integrated in the wall; Very bad location. If using public transport, in the best case scenario, you need to walk 1km from the closest S-Bahnhof; Overall, I super disliked this hotel. And it's worth mentioning, that it was SUPER overpriced, especially for such a low quality one. But even with lower price, I won't go there again.

Not much, probably just the price. It was the cheapest in the area.

Room was tiny and extremely basic. No wardrobe for hanging clothes, a tiny table for putting things on. Uncomfortable pillows. A shower that offered no privacy. Pay a bit more and stay elsewhere..

The bed was comfortable, and a private bathroom is always appreciated. The room was clean. What impressed me most was the staff who were friendly and accommodating. Internet was stable.

No air conditioning - awful when there's a heat wave. The location was hard to access by public transport. No kettle, microwave, fridge, or any other food preparation facilities.

It's a clean hotel with friendly staff and it's cheap. The hotel has parking spaces on the -2 underground level and it costs 5 Euros per day to park there. That was very convenient for us. The breakfast is good. In the lobby they have vending machines with hot and cold bevarages, snacks and other. I liked that. What I loved the most was that the hotel was booked almost entirely by people who came for the Metallica concerts at Volkparkstadion (just like ourselves). It was a very good metal weekend🤘 Thanks for having us.

Great Value for Money Hamburg stay

Room was spacious enough. Shower was cleverly configured. All was clean. Location was great for our stay. You could obtain a drink from either the fridge (and pay the receptionist) or from the vending machine 24 hrs a day. Staff were extremely pleasant and spoke great English.
